I have been a client at SA Wellness for over two years, consulting both Dr. Peter, chiropractor, and Diego Santana, Myotherapist.

Following a spinal injury resulting in three bulging discs and loss of feeling in my right leg due to sciatic nerve issues, I was facing the prospect of spinal fusion surgery recommended by a neurologist.

Enduring six weeks in bed with minimal movement, Diego (Myotherapist) proposed an alternative—dedicated work together to avoid surgery. Today, I am incredibly grateful for Diego's unwavering persistence, patience, and extensive knowledge. Thanks to his expertise in cupping, personalised exercises, dry needling, and myotherapy, I have not only regained my ability to walk and run but have successfully sidestepped surgery. Diego has been able to give back my quality of life with reduced pain and the ability to walk my dogs again. His positive manner and "you can do it" attitude have encouraged me to continue to better myself. I have now started training sessions with him as maintenance and injury prevention along with myotherapy visits.

Dry needling and cupping have provided me with the positive benefits of enhanced mobility. I swear by the impact of it on my well-being

Everyone is so warm and welcoming the second you step foot in the door! I have put off seeing a chiropractor for years on end, but have recently started seeing Dr Vicki. She is amazing. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

I booked in with Alan for a massage & my word was I impressed! Not only did he read my notes & fully understood my condition, he took the time to explain and ask questions about how I was feeling and explained why he was using certain techniques. I haven’t felt that much release in years just after one session! I can’t wait to book in again. Also, the reception staff are always absolutely beautiful and welcoming, whenever I walk in if it’s been months or years between appointments, they act like they’ve known me a lifetime and I love how much it shifts my mood positively

My husband Steve was recommended to Diego to help gain more movement in shoulders and significantly ease or eliminate his never ending shoulder pain… he is on the journey …it’s early days yet but so far is very impressed with quality of service. I decided to try myopathy with Annie when the Physio wasn’t available at time/day I had free. I’d never heard of myopathy but now I’m hooked. It’s like a cross between a physio and remedial massage. Annie is so good at it too! The appointments are short and expensive but you get what you pay for. I was initially going to go monthly because of the cost but am going to try and budget for fortnightly as it’s helping eliminate my mid back and neck pain. Both my husband and I are flabbergasted at the genuinely friendly and welcoming 5 star receptionists too. They are exceptional …. A+! I think the price we pay is because it’s like staying in a 5 star hotel… from start to finish you are treated like royalty!

So thankful for the team at SA Wellness Centre. Jackie at the front desk is unreal, so accomodating. I see Dr Peter, my consults are so comfortable, and he has a world of knowledge and interesting perspective to share!
My body is thanking me for my regular visits! I’ve seen and felt a huge shift in my health since coming here!

Such a pleasure to go and see keli for my remedial massages, she always takes the time to listen to all my aches and pains, greets me with a smile, and a positive vibe I always feel so much better after my visit. Lovely clean, warm, relaxing environment. Reminders are sent out before my appointments. The receptionists are always bright and helpful.

What a relief!

Over the past 10 years I have seen so many different specialists and alternative specialists. From physio, Bowen therapy, Chiros and remedial massage and they have all seemed to go around my issue with the pain in pretty much the whole right side of the body.

I have been having Myotherapy; seeing Harley Gepp for 4 weeks now and my pain has gone from an 8-9 to a 2. I’ve walked out of every appt feeling like he has always massaged, needled and used cupping in all the correct places to relieve my tight muscles. He has also given me exercises to do at home that actually target the areas I’ve been having issues finding for so long.

What a great team at SA Wellness! From the warm and friendly greeting from Jacqui to Dr Peter who can always 'fix' me and provides terrific advice, to Alan who rebalances both my body and mindset.thank you! Seriously a great bunch of professionals

Myotherapy with Diego has been revolutionary for my partner and i. My partners back had been seized for 3 weeks, Diego fixed it instantly it was like magic. I train 6 days a week and since starting regular myotherapy with Diego ive noticed increased strength and flexibility gains as well as greatly improved recovery. In only a few months my posture has improved and i have even started running at 33. I recommend everyone to book in with Diego. Which i found so easy on the website, and with the absolutley wonderful admin team who are always so friendly and helpful

I have had consults with Diego. After my first visit I had a massive improvement. He is very professional, explains everything he is doing and he knows his modality very well. I would definitely recommend him for myotherapy and cupping. He listened to everything I said and best of all, he had the solution to fix my issue. I've seen Dr Vicki for the past few months and she's been absolutely amazing. She is so kind and talks you through everything you need to know before making any decisions. The centre is also affordable if you are needing regular visits. On top of that, all the reception staff are the most kindest and lovely people I've come across. Always feel welcomed and I always leave the centre feeling amazing, both physically and mentally. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I have had chronic low back pain and stiffness for over a year, Dr Peter has improved my back pain by at least 70% in 6 visits, i feel like i have even more room for improvement. Follow the process, highly recommend

I have been suffering from fibromyalgia for a very long time and finally decided to try Myotherapy with Diego as I'd had little or no pain relief from prescription medication. All I can say is 'WOW'! Dry needling in my first session helped immensely but the cupping and massage during my second session gave me instant relief. I woke up the next morning and was pain free for the first time in over 12 months. I'd recommend Diego without hesitation. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and his treatment works miracles!

I went from having headaches almost daily to hardly any at all, thanks to Andrew (Drew) and his remedial massage magic. When I first contacted SA wellness I was suffering from a very bad pain on my shoulder that already made me stop training Jiu Jitsu for a while in the past. Diego started a treatment to avoid more problems in the future and managed my pain just in time to allow me win the state championship! Massive thanks to everyone there especially to Diego!

I put my back out heavy lifting causing a bulging disc, I was in acute pain, I made an appointment with Dr Vicki Hoffmann & after 3 visits over 5 days felt a massive improvement, the acute pain had pretty much gone.
I have been seeing Vicki twice weekly since & I’m two weeks into a six week plan following the initial treatment, the plan is to eradicate the problem as opposed to continually managing chronic pain like I have been for years.
Im feeling better after every treatment, they promised they’d get me feeling better during my initial phone call & they have delivered.

I highly recommend Diego and the therapies that he provides, my favourite being the hijama wet cupping! Diego is super professional, highly knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable the minute you walk in the door.
