I have been going to the Russel Clinic for 10 years and have always found them to have fantastic, compassionate staff who always go the extra mile; highly skilled clinicians across a number of special interest disciplines, and a community feel. Highly recommend

Not only are the staff amazing, always friendly and helpful. They also have the best doctors going around. My Dr goes above and beyond what is required of him, and has the best bed side manner.

We went to Russell Clinic for our covid vaccinations, the staff were very friendly, caring and efficient, thankyou all for a very positive experience.

I booked my COVID-19 vaccination here, and found all the staff to be very friendly and professional. I turned up 10 minutes before my booking as requested and was out the door 20 minutes later, I have my second booking with them fingers crossed everything goes smooth as the first.

Went for a three monthly check on my blood sugar level and get a B12 injection. Had to wait about a quarter of an hour past my appointment time because my doctor was mentoring a young medical student. I was asked if it was OK for the student to be present for the consult.
Consult took about 20 minutes was bulk billed

Despite it being almost the end of the day, every staff member I came across today were extremely kind, helpful and enthusiastic. My first COVID jab was quick and easy. Russell Clinic took great care of every customer that walked through their doors. Big shout out to the front door attendent. I watched him greet over 10 patients with a happy and informative attitude, despite him having to repeat his patient entry, check in and seating script on repeat. I normally can’t be bothered leaving reviews but these guys truly deserve it.

The Russell Clinic's vaccination process was precise, timely and easy. After the Fed. Gov't debacle of a website and not being able to book for months, finding the efficient and organized Russell Clinic was GREAT! Highly recommend.

Friendly and competent service delivered with a smile. Would have preferred the staff to help get my COVID Vaccination onto my phone, rather then having to deal with that at home as I am in that age group that is not IT familiar.

More than 20 years ago i suddenly needed a regular GP and have been seeing my GP here ever since. It was comforting from the start that my GP had previous hospital experience in the area of my condition. While I always see my doctor for routine needs, I have been able to see one of the other fine doctors there when the matter has been more urgent and my doctor was away. A range of specialists also consult at the clinic, and a team of nurses provide support in areas such as wound care and vaccines.

I found Russell Clinic to be a very professional, COVID safe clinic with friendly Reception Staff. I was also very happy that Dr Williams showed a friendly interested manner. Her questions were appreciated as were her clear and informative answers to mine. Overall a good visit and I will be returning.

Arrived for a planned biopsy. Still the only clinic that makes you ring a bell and stand outside in the sun until a staff member comes outside to ask you the standard COVID19 questions and to take your temperature. Mine was point five of a degree from normal so l was not permitted entry to see my doctor.l explained that l had walked to the clinic and had been standing in the sun to be permitted to enter. Nay nay, they say.entry denied. Practice policy they said. I was offered a phone consultation instead. I know our phones are pretty smart but l didn’t think they could perform a biopsy. I am now not allowed to reschedule for another three weeks. I had already been waiting for this surgery since November last year so let’s hope it’s not cancer because l may be dead before I can attend this clinic.

Prompt attention on arrival. All actions complied with Covis19 requirements. Pleasant attentive staff for finalising details of further treatment. Car parking available on-site.

I visited Dr Gibraun Brijmohan, he is a priceless treasure to our community, my family and myself and certainly a fundamental success source for Russel clinic.
