20-minute wait on the phone to cancel appointment. Tried to make an appointment see a doctor previous day only to be told I had to wait two weeks. Managed to make an appointment at another practice' that day to be told that I had fractured my foot! Glad I didn't wait 2 weeks. The most rude and non-appologetic receptionist. Please learn some table manners.

Usually very good but huge stuff up with my vax appt booked 6 weeks ago and confirmed the day before & on arrival but the nurse said it was not able to be done as all vaccines had been reserved for others. Wasted my morning plus I now have to rebook in a few months time and not sure if it is worth doing now

Happy to participate. Firstly I am 80yo. AB Russell bought me into the world as a Belairite. I have only ever attended Russell Clinic having then live in Bellevue Heights and now Brighton. They are CHAMPIONS to have got me this far. THANKYOU.

I have only been 3 times in an 18 month period. I am reasonably healthy.
I commenced attending after my GP of 45 years died. I am impress with Dr williams.
Ahe is on time, she is upfront and endeavours to answer my questions.

Caring, supportive and always makes you feel comfortable.

Dr bunting is amazing. He isn’t in and out like some other doctors who just rush you around to get through there day faster, he actually cares & listens. Best doctor I’ve met.

G'day! I would like to say that I had a guy at the tennis club who was totally uncoordinated. His name was Russell. After looking on line for a few minutes for tennis coaching, I saw a listing for the Russell Clinic. I phoned them up and they were more than happy to take my Russell in for the day and give him a tune up. For a well priced fee my Russell was given some glasses, put on a treadmill for 5 hours straight and given performance enhancing drugs. Upon his release he was back at the tennis club and was totally unbeatable. Than you to the Russell Clinic!

Ive been attending this practice for 9 years and i have never had a negative experience. Dr Simon James is one of the best, kindest, doctors I've ever known. He is incredibly gentle and lovely with my daughter and has always made us feel completely at ease and supported. I rave about him to everyone.

Attended COVID Vaccine clinic which was akin to cattle proding, nil changing of gloves, no swabbing clean with alcohol wipes, no checking of vaccine type, injection given promptly without warning and then patient immediately told to move on. Will be returning to the state run clinics in the future.

Russell clinic is great. Staff are competent and friendly. I am so glad that when I moved from Japan I found Russell clinic.

They fit my son in on short notice when his usual Drs practice would not. Even though it was a phone appointment, I felt that Dr Cunningham cared about the concerns I had for my son. The office staff were extremely helpful and empathetic when I was explaining our situation. Thank you for your care.
