Royal Copenhagen Ice Cream Cone Co reviews
46Great experience! Super friendly staff, great environment, and great coffee prices considering the establishment! Not to mention, they have gingerbread syrup for coffee? Tasted great, would recommend for cold night beach walks.
Doubles as a lovely cafe where you can sit, drink a hot beverage, and have an ice cream. Recommend the mocha
Pistachio ice-cream loaded with nuts. Delicious. Clean shop. Mostly friendly staff. Nice area to sit both inside and outside.
Went in to get waffles and a hot drink.
There were 5 staff in there, 3 of which were standing around and talking, all while we were standing there.
When we were finally served we were told there were no waffles, no donuts, no hot drinks. “Strictly just icecream” (this is after we asked for those things)
The staff member who served us had a rotten attitude, acted smug about the situation and was unapologetic.
Next time I’ll just go to St. Louis
8: 10pm Friday 16/04
I had the best experience, They gave me free food and complimented me because i looked good, the man behind the counter asked me out on a date but i refused cause he was ugly. The free ice cream was great tho, will come again:).
At 6: 45pm on a Monday night looking for coffee at Brighton this Café is very inviting while many other cafés are shut
A really nice icecream place. I tried their cappuccino flavoured icecream in a choc dipped cone, it was really nice.
Great ice cream. Need to clean their tables a little more frequently and easier to access bins to help patrons keep a little tidier to help out as they are so busy in peak times
LOVE the icecream here, but they keep closing early with random times. Happened 3 out of 5 times now
The 4 of us had an ice-cream as a treat and we all enjoyed it. Good service in the late afternoon of the school holidays.
Other stores are accepting cash and you guys will not. How do I give my children money to buy ice cream? Probably spend it elsewhere
Amazing. Chose the 3 scoop in a cup and it was wonderfully huge. Worth the money I paid and the ice cream stayed solid. I'm not fond of melted ice cream. I hope they will increase the flavor choices like the olden days.
Large size servings of ice-cream, worth the cost per scoop.
Free nuts and sprinkles are a bonus, but don't be too late in the night or they will have run out of caramel topping)
I don't normally give bad reviews but sadly this place has gone down hill. Needs to be updated. Ice cream was bad, I got white chocolate and caramel tasted like basic vanilla. Staff were good, friendly. But even my hubby didn't like his Ice cream no flavor. Very disappointing.
Used to be much nicer and cleaner. Seems to have gone down hill a bit.
Ice creams are still good Copenhagen range just to store, toilets etc just need a good clean and some maintenance
Ordered donuts on uber, was sent icecream instead. Called the store, someone picked up but said nothing. Called back but just got voicemail. Weird way to run a business.
The service was great, the ice cream was awesome and a very cute, quiet little sitting area. Overall loved this location!
Copenhagen is something from my childhood. Each time I go, I feel like a kid again. The sizings are super generous and it always tastes amazing. I got the marvelous creations, but I usually get nutella. So many choices, shame I only have one stomach.
This place is a great family place. Perfect if you have young kids. My friend and I go there because her son loves it and always gets our little biscuits. Coffee is good, not great.
The texture of Copenhagen Ice Cream is among the finest.
The flavour is near unparalleled - I was especially fond of the boysenberry ripple flavour, which, as far as I could tell, was rippled through a subtle, smooth vanilla bean.
The frozen yoghurt is also incredibly good; rich in flavour, dense in texture, and again, pleasantly smooth.
The only fault I can find is the unpleasant fatty layer that coats the lips and mouth after consuming it. Fix that, and you've got yourself a 10/10 product.
