Great place for a walk or a picnic. Has public toilet and cafe. Look out for the turtles and pelicans. Pity about the ibis population.

Big area, beautiful. Water Lake is there where many birds and ducks live. Kids are so happy. The public toilet is there. Picknic spot with BBQ. Playground for kids nearby. Very good place.

Flat, short walking track that's suitable for prams. The little ponds are full of ducks, fish and turtles. Perfect place to take kids.

Beautiful area for a walk. There are lots of different birds around, plenty of shade and they have toilet facilities.

A lovely park for walks, bbqs and getting back to nature. A little hidden gem in the suburbs. Clean, tidy bbqs and tables with public toilets close by the bbq areas.

Beautiful walking trail and I definitely recommend it. It has nature, fresh air, everything you need. The people you meet while walking are nice, and once you finish, you can go to a café which is right next to the trail. All in all, love this place and you should go.

Stunning Park. Great for kids, families, dogs, and seniors alike. Local cafe which welcomes dogs and their owners to sit outside. Public toilets and a playground on the premises. Be careful not to feed the ducks bread though as it's bad for them:)

Used to come here when I was growing up, as we used to bring my nana here for picnics with all my cousins

This wetlands park is so peaceful and has everything! There are multiple walking paths around it with bridges and plenty of benches to stop and sit. There are tables and shelter. Public toilets located in the centre. Lakeside Cafe is there as well as a playground. There are bbq facilities. Many people utilise this park whether it’s taking children to the playground or walking their dog. Quite often there are people fishing. I often take clients for a walk here or meet up with friends at the cafe and then walk together. Lots of parking spots in multiple locations.

Lovely place to walk or ride around. It just needs another toilet and maybe a playground update.

I loved it. Windy weather, lovely Lakes, bird nests, pigeons, doves, singing frogs, chirping birds plenty of benches to sit. Tracks to run and a Cafe to grab something to munch. Spend a few hours with friends or family, grill, eat and laugh.

Roy Amer Reserve is a not too big park which has about 6 small and medium ponds here. There are many aquatic creatures inhabited here, such as Australian pelican, Australian white ibis, River Murray Rainbow fish, White-faced Heron, Australian Crake, Eurasian Coot, Maned duck, Mallard and many other water birds and some kinds of frogs etc. There are a few small parking lots around and barbecue places. A public toilet is in the center of the park.

Lovely place I just wish people would not damage the BBQ there I enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a BBQ cooked tea with nature sad that a few people make it bad for everyone else

Beautiful little wetlands within the suburbs of Oakden. 3 little lakes filled with all sorts of wild life. Roughly 1km loop walk. Cafe nearby
