Roman Pizza

They do great ABs, but tonight the customer service wasn't great. They messed up my order and added chilli sauce instead of bbq. Told them it's never spicy, and that this one was too spicy to eat, and they said it's just the way it is. I don't get to eat out often, so It really ruined my night.

Been getting pizza from guys for many years, and for the first time ever our pizza was terrible. The dough base was not cooked through. Just awful, waste of money. Sorry

I been buying in Salisbury Roman Pizza, for over 10 years and everything is in place. Cheese Cake is best.

Love their food but the delivery times are getting worse. Tonight just after 6pm over 1.5 hour delay. Staff person on phone slightly abrupt. Took card details but I wasn't given price.
I will also agree with prev review where it was said no apologies are given.
Tonight would have gone better if perhaps she had said. Delivery times are high at the moment, I apologise, do you still wish to place an order. Customer Service love

The food was great. The service not so much. Placed our order at 1815 in store. Before ordering we asked how long the wait was roughly. We were told 20-30 minutes. We accepted this. At 1855 I asked how much longer on the meal. I was told 3 minutes. It was finally given to me at 1910.55 minutes. If the wait is that long just be honest. The schnitzel was very good. Chips were below average. Could tell they came out of a freezer and didn't seem cooked very well.

Rude over the phone, waited like 40 minutes once i got there after i was told to come after 20.after i had waited all that time they were out of garlic bread and didn’t ask if i wanted anything else or a discount just replaced it with something else of their choice.lasagne was disgusting i had two mouthfuls and didn’t finish.the place was visibly dirty.one man touched money with his bare hands then continued making pizzas with the same hands unwashed and no gloves.bit concerning especially in these times (covid-19).

Usually I am a huge fan of Romans pizza, but I Placed a phone order at 5.50pm for delivery on a Friday Night (yes, I understand, places are busy), was told delivery would be an hour.
Well, 1.5hrs goes past, no pizza, ring up, to be told they don't have any delivery drivers free, pizza was still in the oven, couldn't tell me how much longer it would take, 2 hours on, still no pizza.

Rude service, would not order delivery directly from them again.

Unhappy customer's been a good customer's made a order in came didn't get it all call said we'll send it waiting hour and 20 call again told wait for a driver to be going that way if we said that to our customers we would lose million dollar contracts

Ordered 2 chicken schnitzel's with a garlic bread at 5: 38pm and did not get the delivery until 7: 15pm. The full meal was cold and no apologies was issued.

I ordered a pizza ribs and wings and garlic bread somehow this place managed to undercook everything pizza is that soggy it drips wings that pink they could probably fly still never ordering here again

Delivery ordered. Said it would take 45min. 2 hours later I ring them and it hasn’t been made yet. They forgot. Then said it would take another 45min. We wanted dinner not breakfast. 3 hours is a joke. They offered no discount or apology.

Worst pizza ever, who messes up a half n half pepperoni and cheese, under cooked dough and soup for cheese running throughout the box.will not recommend

Food is great, service can be a bit slow, tell you 10-15 min for pick up, 20-30min later your still waiting.
Customer service girls when you call up could be more polite, but apart from that, no complaints.

I'm a fussy Pizza consumer. Gabe & his team consistently make generous Pizza's. We live close so pick up is preferred, lead/cooking times given are always with in a 5 minute accuracy. Lovely fresh ingredients with a variety of meals available. Menu is online.

Last night experience was horrible and may be because I was the last customer for the day. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and it was shocking to see that the pizza literally had nothing. They just put some pieces of chicken and pineapple in a cheese pizza.
Spent $17. Some cents for a pizza that worths less than 10 bucks.
Any Pizza shop with that price will provide you a better pizza.

Used to love Romans pizza, what happened to the cheese, hardly any on it and burnt on the bottom but still raw dough, yuk.

The chicken parmi and chips is huge and so yummy! Always great service and never any issues with order!

Completely understand places get busy and sometimes you need to wait for your meal. However, when you are paying for something it’s fair to expect better service. Placed an order over the phone and after we had paid the worker informs us it will be an hour wait for our food to be made and delivered- An hour and a half later the meal arrives- not what we ordered and it’s cold. Pretty disappointing.
