Roman Pizza

Payed for extra sauce and pepperoni but never got it on my pizza but happy to take my money for it! Taste was disgusting too much ham, no flavour at all plain and bland… never again!

Well, the person at the receptionist was very rude and aggressively speaking towards me. The food took very long time to cook. I only ordered garlic bread and it took over 25 minutes for it to be handed to me.

I think it must b under new management as i have been a old customer on theres for few years and noticed the Prices are alot more Expensive but i will say the FOOD CHANGED AND SO AMAZINGLY GOOD BETTER THEN BEFORE

Made an online order for delivery on their own website, waited over an hour, still nothing, give them a call and they inform us they 'lost' our order and will make it right now. Waited another 45+ minutes, finally received order, no discounts, no sides given next to it, normally, when other pizza places are even 10 minutes delayed, they give a free drink or garlic bread, nothing from them. Unless we called, we wouldn't have known it happened and would have waited all night. Advice to anyone ordering in future; Call up and verify order to make sure.

Great food love the parmi and pizza, wings, ribs, chip's are great good staff friendly and hospitable. Can't go wrong if you don't feel like cooking.

Confusing menus and various pricing for some reason.
I ordered 'budget' which was priced out to $18 on a public holiday for an Hawaiian with mushroom.
Not really budget in my opinion, the deluxe version would have been $27 so 50% more. Could it have been 50% better? I don't see how.
The pizza tasted great. Simplify your menus and pricing models, you'll sell more pizza and customers will feel like they're getting better value.

Used to be great and that still stands but the pricing is insane. While other pizza shops are around $20 for a family pizza these guys are charging $30! It’s getting ridiculous! Tonight is the last night we’re getting it You’ve lost a semi regular customer.

The plain gravy is amazing the snitzel is juicy and the toppings are generous but not over the top.

The team are polite and welcoming

Best bit about this is the "don't be ashamed to pig out" sign on the wall. Really makes me feel comfortable in the fact that I am indeed pigging out.

Have had a few delivery orders. All have been really tasty, delivered on time and still very hot! Deliveryman is always friendly. All-round a really good experience!

Pizza great, services lacking, phone to pre order and waited for them to make a pizza when I got there, so pre order, you still have to wait a while, not good 22/8/2021 hate when you get quoted a certain price son you leave your son with the right change of $28.50c then pizza deliver they charge you 2 dollars more yes its only a few dollars and lucky son had a few dollars, my point may be petty but do not say one price and then charge me more grrrr 8/02/ 2023 got a pizza tonight it crust was moist in the middle and had a strange taste, that I could not put my finger on it, just did not taste right, their pizza was good once upon a time, my son ate it i could not eat it all, atleast my dog had the rest, is it worth giving them another try hhmmm, love to know where I can get a deccent pizza

Ordered online through the website and that was easy and fast. Time for delivery was reasonable.
Reason for 1 star was because we ordered with some changes/allergy requests which was blatantly ignored.
Staff member I spoke to had no idea how to do her job and manager requested pizza not be touched and returned to driver? As I mentioned it was for allergies what would make them think we would eat the pizza anyway?
I can understand some people might or bin it or start eating it and realise it was not what they ordered.
As a first experience this is quite poor and definitely won't go back to them and will endeavour to steer anyone I can from going to them.

Used this place many times. NEVER experienced any problems at all.great tasty food and food service

A relative of mine just ordered two pizzas from here for a family dinner. The pizzas were both bland and dull - Meat-lovers and BBQ Chicken. Had to look twice to make sure I wasn't eating cardboard with some melted cheese and BBQ sauce on top.

I won't be ordering from here and I'll encourage my relatives to order elsewhere from now on. Plenty of other better Pizza places in the local area.

My pizza was so loaded with toppings the pizza box felt heavy. Lol
Lots of flavour but only needed half of the toppings that were on it.
Less is more

Waited just over an hour like the app said but was warm pizza, must of been last delivery out this way, not enjoyable, still over half left.needs to be hot when delivered guys

Absolutely loved this place, huge snittys, delicious pizza would definitely recommend, parmies are under $20

Ordered at 17.50 told an hour.thats cool. 1 phone call and 1 hr and 50 mins later my cold pizza's arrived. Next time I will keep my $50 and cook some toast

We have been ordering the same 2 large pizza, garlic bread and 1.25ml soft drink combo from Roman for ages and can not fault the food or service until tonight. I decided to add a piece of cheesecake for $5 to our normal order. After giving my card details and hanging up I realised we had paid nearly $10 over even taking into account the cheesecake, so I called back to query this. I was told the price is correct and hadn't gone up and given a whole lot of rubbish reasons why I paid so much but none of it made sense. The lass just couldn't understand the over charge so I advised we would not order from there again. So instead of waiting 45 minutes we waited almost 2 hours for our delivery. The price of complaining? Never again Roman pizza you lost us.

Thank you Roman Pizza, it had been some time ordering because of a bad experience but I must say our last couple of Pizzas have been outstanding, reminiscent of the earlier years on Stanbel road. Thanks again
