Roman Pizza

The best pizza in the North-east hands down. Last time I ordered the pizza was the best I'd ever had. Staff are always easy to deal with and I never have to wait long. Definitely good filling when you are REALLY hungry!

The worst garlic bread, it's always burnt dry and salty. Yuk
The chicken wingettes are greasy. Yuk
The pizzas are average

Can't use them because I don't have a credit card, and despite how easy it is to download a tap and go app to their phone, they claim to not have an eftpos machine to send out for payment. $100 sale lost tonight and other nights too.

I asked for a large yiros pizza and got a small. Drove over an hour to get it and wasnt cheap definitely wasted my money on the pizza and the petrol never tasted such a gross pizza ever

We order regularly.
I rang at 6: 30pm to order. Expected ETA 1 hour.
At 7: 45 no delivery so rang and told 10 minutes.
At 8: 05 still no order told another 10 minutes. I expressed my disappointment and asked to speak to the manager to be told there were no managers in store.
Very disappointing service. And not fair to leave a store that is obviously understaffed without senior support.

I thought I might try Roman pizza and I’ve ordered, Hawaiian, meat lovers, Seafood and pepperoni pizza, too over cooked, dry, not enough meat and the ham tasted like a fake ham and the seafood not enough seafood
I’m a bit disappointed for the price I paid.

Had pizza here for the first time tonight. Decent enough without being blown away. Staff were friendly

Ordered a medium supreme which i thought would be larger than this 8/9inch pan size. Ordered from their website which had no actual sizing for what med/large etc is. Taste and topping was great but for $16.90 id recommend going elsewhere for more value.
Staff were lovely at pick up though, it was really only the cost for the quantity which was my issue.

I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza. I called the store and was fobbed off to two different team members. I love the pizza and schnitzels here but won't be coming back again. I hope my refund is quicker than the service.

I go out of my way to get a Parmi from Roman Pizza, and if you are a pig like myself the portion size is nearly a whole pizza box!

Asked and paid for extra anchovies and olives.didn't get just loaded with capsicum.very disappointed as usually very good pizzas.guess thursday night I'll avoid as they don't do pizza to order.

I love your super special and my partner loves the level of toppings just not the quality. The best suggestion i have for you would be to go for better quality ham an reduce the amount. This would mean I could by more often as my partner would agree.

You guys are no good for my sensible eating.the garlic prawn.and God help me I just saw the pepperoni option. ️

Cancelled order and did it through uber.

Store calls me to say WiFi was down and asks if I have put through order yet.
No word of apology or even a note to say apologies for being stuffed around for 45 mins.

When order arrives, completely wrong meal and the guy at the store blames the uber guy for delivering the wrong one. Omg.

Not even remotely apologetic. Well there goes ordering through Romans Pizza again. They don't give a sh1t about customers.

Thanks guys for 2 fantastic pizzas again, we came home from Yorke Peninsula Point Turton didn't feel like like cooking u done it again.

Ordered Romans tonight and I was far from impressed. Pizza was horrible and drowned in sauce. The "cheesy" garlic bread was burnt and stale and the jam donut was also stale and not fresh.extremely dissapointed.

Pizza was very average, hardly any sauce on the pizza base. The garlic bread was too crispy and too much garlic. The customer service was terrible, no greetings or "Hi how are you? " I expect better for next time, improve on your staff.

Great staff can't go wrong with a parmi or a pasta if pizza isn't yoir thing. Go healthy with a Greek salad you won't regret it.

Great pizza. Fresh toppings applied in the perfect amount. Always busy but food is cooked fresh and quick!

Bad late delivery service. Garlic bread with no garlic butter. With staff repeating them self over and over again
