No sauces for the AB and they were forcefully trying to make me pay for a pack without sauces… never again coming back.

Amazing pizza! Never fails every time we order here. They never skimp on toppings. Always smiling and friendly!

Highly recommend Roman Pizza in Modbury Heights, customer satisfaction is their main goal and they certainly went above and beyond for us. Will be going back to them again in the future because of the service they gave us tonight. Thank you very much.

The pizza is absolutely delicious. They are packed with the toppings, other places are very thin but Romans are generous with theirs. Also the garlic bread is the best I have ever had from take away, so soft and fluffy and packed with garlic.
I usually pick up and it is ready when they so it will be. The staff are so friendly and cheerful when I arrive.
It is just great service and food!

I had the Chicken Schnitzel AB. I tell you right now I didn’t finish it! It has to be the biggest Schnitzel. I wish there was less sweet chill sauce and more lamb & garlic sauce. Took them 15 minutes to make two of these, Chips weren’t the best but the chicken tasted great.

Love their pizzas snitzels are absolutely delicious and HUGE! Staff are always friendly and helpful thanks for a great experience

Worst pizza I've ever eaten in my life, and crazy expensive. I can't believe we paid almost $30 for a family sized margherita!
For that price, I was expecting a little bit of fresh bocconcini or mozzarella, fresh oregano, fresh basil. Instead we got a pizza completely covered in a thick rubbery mozzarella cheese, sliced tomato (with skin) and dried herbs. Crust was pathetic and had to wait a long time to get the pizza.

For $30 I could go to a proper restaurant and order a large plate of food and high quality steak. Why should anyone pay $30 for a take-away bread with tomato and cheese? Absolutely ridiculous. It really makes me wonder how many of the 5-star reviews here are genuine.

We will never come here ever again!

I've ordered from Romans numerous times and it's always been spot on. Tonight however it was an absolute miss. Seems they have different peso e cooking on certain nights and tonight's they need to replace.

Very unorganized and rude first a lady answered then hung up on me after I said pick up, called bk 3 times ordered $70 worth of pizza was told 20 mins rocked up after 25 to be told my pizzas are ONLY just going in and will b another 20 mins, sat down another person said they been waiting 25 after arriving, got the pizza home let's just say if I wanted 4 cheese pizzas I would have said, tasted nothing but cheese every slice the topping fell off iv worked with food, these people have no idea how to make a Pizza to much sauce on the base way to much cheese
on top and not enough other toppings, most of the pizza was stuck on the box and that shows way to much cheese I'm glad it was a once off, ps their garlic bread is the only thing that was good, up your game Romans or just buy Coles pizzas and cook them, they would taste better!

First time going there had the tropical chicken parmigiana and mlb chicken parmigiana it was huge and very nice worth the money customer service was good nice people will definitely be going back there again

Website prices not updated nor are the deals with garlic bread and coke (s) delivery fee isn't on website or menu $9.90 to deliver is ludicrous considering budget pizza is $13

We had previously used Roman Pizza's for many years and they w e r e our go to Pizza place. This has changed over our last 6 orders when we ordered we had issues with dry overcooked pizza (5), inconsistencies with pricing (2) as well as not following specific instructions pizza with toppings (3). This was very disappointing for the whole family and was not consistent as it used to be really good. We have since found our NEW go to Pizza place close by within a 10 minute drive - this pizza is never dry, staff do listen to us - prices are accurate and fixed. I cannot recommend this business given multiple letdowns.

Romans pizza advertise on their website all the prices but once you ring up and order they change their prices and blame a price increase, Maybe change the website prices firstly before ripping people off. False advertising.

Been going here for many many years and the food has always been TOP NOTCH! Pizzas are awesome and absolutely heaped with toppings, but not to the point where they’re all undercooked. The MLB schnitzel is out of this world and absolutely kicks butt! Friendly service with a smile and you always feel welcome. Can’t go wrong with Roman’s!

Ordered early online on a Sunday night as we knew we were going to be late home from kids sports snd everyone was craving a schnitty. We normally go elsewhere for our schnitty fix but decided to try here as it’s close to home and was highly regarded. Fortunately we didn’t pay online, rather opted to pay in store. When I went to pick up it was apparent that our food had been given to someone else or taken by the delivery person. While I got an apology of sorts, there was no offer to make again rather staff member was on phone trying to get our food back… it was already late so I could assume they didn’t want to remake as were closing soon. Overall I was really disappointed in service and lack of response to the situation…

Moved into the area 18 months ago and have not been able to find a great pizza as good as our old neighbourhood. Have tried no less than 8-10 places and Romans is best so far! Delicious garlic bread, generous toppings, and perfect base! Plus they are always busy but still very efficient.

We discovered Romans in the last 6 months and have been highly impressed with their food quality. Tonight we also experienced absolutely brilliant customer service.

An item was missing from our order. The driver told me to let the restaurant know, so I did. Not only did they fix our account, we just had a knock on the door and the driver was there with our missing item!

5 stars for the awesome food, and if I could give more stars for the customer service I would.

I used to love this place but the last couple of times the food has came cold and I'm only a few minute drive (down the street) I just can't carry Pizza home as its awkward. Disappointing

Ordered online happy to wait an hour, 2 hours later with 2 follow up phone calls, still have not received my pizza.

Really good Pizza and the Garlic Bread was the best plenty of Butter and Garlic. Only complaint was the girl who took our phone order was very rude. No customer skills whatsoever.
