Rickshaw Inn Chinese Restaurant reviews
32We have been going here for 15years, best Chinese in SA. I we have been to many Chinese restaurants but still luv the friendly old guy out the back. Who cooks the best Chinese food.
Ordered prawn curry takeaway. Got home tasted the food. It was ok, but it was Satay, not curry. I am mildly allergic to peanuts. I will possibly end up in hospital tonight.
Very good quality food and plenty of it Good staff and friendly and not over the top with price
Best Chinese takeaway in the Modbury North/ Tea Tree Gully area by far. Never had a bad meal here.
The food was disgusting. The fried rice was plain rice no sauce, with frozen pees and powdered egg. Gross! The four treasure duck had a vile sauce and frozen vegetables and the other dishes we ordered were equally cheap and nasty. One and done!
I have ordered takeaway from this restaurant countless times. I really like the Szechuan Beef, its perfect every time. Never had a complaint with the food quality or service time. Hard working owners who deserve a pat on the back for doing a fantastic job. Highly recommended!
Nice food not sure of cleanliness always dark and dindgey. Owner fellow friendly lady quite flat expressions
Rubbish.the special fried rice was tasteless and burnt and the lemon chicken was dry and old with too much raw batter on the inside. Lemon sauce was terribly salty. I would not recommend this place and I certainly would never bye food from there again.total waste of money.
The food & service here is great. Easy to get a seat on weeknights but worth booking on weekends.
Best restaurant in the vicinity.
Lovely service and great tasty food. If you're dining in, the decor is a little dated, but that adds to the charm:)
A favourite, family owned restaurant that's always a winner.
The Special fried rice was boring, pretty much just plain rice. The hokkien noodles were wrong, they had some weird smokey after taste and completely different to what I get at other places.
I have been disappointed with this place before but returned after a friend recommended it. Needless to say I won't be returning, or following my friend's recommendation.
