Went there with my 4 y/o child and was shocked that they don’t bulkbill children. Receptionist could be more polite and could use more please’s and thank you’s. Never going back.

Helpful and professional reception staff. Good wait time. My son loved the little play area and it was great to keep him occupied. Helpful and kind doctor.

Overall great medical center, tidy clean, polite receptionists.only real complaint I'd have is the longer wait to see a particular doctor (dr ling) but that cant be helped.
And she definitely worth the wait!

My husband and I cannot speak too highly of this exceptional Medical Centre. The Reception Staff all deserve medals for their efficiency, kindness, assistance - and unbelievable patience and politeness when dealing with less than patient clients. Nurse Jacqui is just wonderful-caring and helpful-a gem. Our GP, Dr Chin Lim, is just the most amazing man, continually and tirelessly giving to us his patients above and beyond what anyone could possibly expect. His expertise and knowledge is thorough, extraordinary and remarkable. We began seeing him by chance when we lived in the area about 15 years ago and when we moved to Craigburn Farm there was no doubt in our minds if we would continue to travel there and we do so, very gratefully. Thank you all, and especially Dr Chin Lim!

Sick of no bulk billing in afternoon, then book an appointment for 11.30am with a different doctor as I can't get into my usual only to be told there'll still be a fee. They've now lost a client. I could handle the disorganised reception but now I'm done

I have been going to this surgery for six years, very friendly receptionist and caring doctors. Highly recommended.

I recently switched here and have found my new GP fantastic, but now they've instituted a "no bulk billing after noon" policy, with appointments now costing $75. Between that and my GP only working a couple days a week, I can't see him in a reasonable timeframe. Last appointment I needed some paperwork for a job filled out, he decided to keep it for convenience and I would come back for a follow up. Low and behold, there are no (free) follow ups available for over a month, which is well after the paperwork needs to be submitted. This place is just plain greedy, excluding the vast majority of the local populace from over half of available appointments (more hours are now paid than free). Should be ashamed of themselves. I'll be switching to a more welcoming practice, coming here was a mistake.

Have been attending here for years and have always found the Doctors and staff polite and knowledgeable.

I have been going to Reynella Medical Centre for nearly 5 years now. I have been seen by most of the Dr’s in the centre, and they have all listened thoroughly, and treated me with kindness and compassion. Reception staff are extremely helpful and polite.
If you are looking for a new medical centre, I would definitely recommend Reynella Medical Centre.

I used to come to this Medical centre as a child up until 1 year ago when they started to become rude and impatient. We found a better more friendly practice but decided to give Reynella Medical practice one more go when they could fit us in on the day our better centre was full. My 2 year old was not showing any signs of covid but despite that the doctor sent us away because he had not had a PCR test done that morning? I only booked the appointment two hours earlier, there would've been no way to get a PCR test back by then but also he has no covid symptoms. He vomited that morning so that's why I was getting him seen. Doctor didn't want to hear it and sent us out. If you care for your family and want the best help for them then don't come here

Have been to this practice twice now. Both times the "doctor" hardly looked at me before rushing me out the door. The last and final visit i complained about shoulder pain following a bike accident, i was told to take Panadol. The injury required a reconstruction and i was given the care i needed via the emergency department at flinders the following day.

This surgery is run by hacks who treat their patients like cattle, if i could give less stars i would.

Have been a patient there for 25 years, they have now greedily decided to no longer bulk bill Heath care card holders, have moved all my medical records to another practice, more interested in money than patient care

Friendly and helpful reception staff and excellent doctors. Very impressed with how they have delt with the covid situation and lockdown!

Always friendly staff. I understand they are under pressure and appointments run late but they are always professional and caring. I rate them highly.

Lovely friendly staff with wonderful service. I saw Dr Patrick Wang, he had a very caring nature & was very thorough. After my results from my test came back he personally delivered the results and followed up to see how I was going. Was very impressed with his service.

Dr Wang. What a joke. No bedside manner. Couldn't care less. Said my partner just had muscle pain maybe bruised ribs. Said an xray wouldn't show anything. Couldn't even prescribe pain killers or anti inflammatory tablets. Second opinion. Went to the regular Dr, had an xray. 2 fractured ribs. Get a new profession.

Absolutely appalling making people wait in the car for 2 hours with a baby this is the second time wont be going back

Wonderful, caring doctors. The doctors genuinely care about the patients and do a wonderful job.

We have been patients at this Medical center for many years, and always found it to be great.
We have recently seen Dr Oak, who has been fantastic and understanding in our situation. We currently look after newborns sometimes two at a time and he has been excellent in helping us with sometimes there complex and unusual symptoms. Could not recommend this practice and Dr enough.

Waiting time of up to 1.5 hours for a doctor who made mistakes is NOT my idea of efficient medical care and I was soon rid of the place
