Went to get my second covid vaccination today. Was checking in with respiratory clinic and presented my mask exemption with no issues. Out of the blue, a receptionist from the family clinic appeared asking for my mask. I said I had an exemption, she rudely said I must put one on. I replied that the staff accepted my exemption. She rudely stated that I was putting patients at risk and must wear a mask. I simply said I would leave. If it wasn't for the quick thinking of my husband who saw me storm out then I would never have had my second vaccination. Who's putting who at risk? I was clearly stressed and in a panic by being there!

Absolutely revolting that Dr Alasdair Young turned away my 4 month old baby because I was transparent in saying she had a mild cough when asked if she had cold or flu symptoms. She had NO other covid symptoms, there are NO cases in SA and we were there because she had GASTRO which can be extremely dangerous in a young infant! In my opinion, this is NEGLIGENCE due to her heightened vulnerability and very young age. Disgusting, abhorrent lack of care for a SICK BABY and the clinic should be ashamed. I have had many doctors see her including in the SAME CLINIC when I have been honest about her having cold symptoms without her needing to go to a respiratory clinic first. Guess it all comes down to whether the doctor feels like being a decent person or not? Either that or people are just going to start to lie when asked the covid questions so they can actually receive adequate health care when they need it. And the receptionist handled the situation appallingly, accusing me of not being honest when booking the appointment (when I was) and then not even seeing whether any other doctor could potentially see her? Shameful.

Great doctors in high demand, beautiful friendly receptionists, in and out quicker then any other place ive ever attended. Kids adore their doc very personal caring feel everytime we visit.

A few good doctors others that need to get up to date. Recently waited for over any hour. The doctor had seem to forgotten about us. Receptionist was very apologetic. But some doctors really need to speak up and project there voice.

Amazing doctors and staff there. There's a reason there's a wait-time to get an appointment (which is no reason to post a bad review) - because there's so many regulars who keep going back because they feel well cared for!

Poor service - not a family clinic at all. The old bitty that answered the phone was prejudice and failed to realise vaccinations are on the Medicare system but instead insisted on a paper version. Time to retire lady.

The receptionist is an extremely rude women. Not professional at all. Actually hung up on me this morning.

My family and I have seen many doctors over many years at RFC. The last 2 years has been impossible to see a doctor they are always fully booked. This is absolutely ridiculous especially because i only call for an appointment if absolutely necessary and if it can’t be treated at home or by the chemist.

My first time here today for a few issues and i had dr robair.just have too mention he was very lovely and thorough.great practice i didnt even have to wait long:) this will be my new regular for sure.

Moved to this clinic after my GP of 20+ years retired and I'm so glad i chose this practise, the doctor I now see is amazing! My children have also changed to Reynella Family Care and both are very happy and comfortable with their chosen doctors also.
All the staff, doctors and nurses are really friendly and thorough. Generally there is a wait but I'm happy to, as my doctor spends the time with his patients rather than rush you out the door.
RFC offer many services Inc psychologists, general minor surgeries and have an SA Pathology onsite which is handy.

Have been going to Reynella Family Care for years with my young family. Have been seen by a few fantastic doctors and nurses here who have gone above and beyond. Dr Dhanji is our main doctor and is one of the most caring people you could meet and always explains things thoroughly. Genuinely felt like the doctors cared about me and my children. Nurses are fantastic at making the kids feel comfortable for their vaccinations. Sometimes a wait, but totally worth it for the service.

All of the doctors, nurses and staff have always been wonderful. If you have to wait a little it’s a because the doctors genuinely care about the patients they’re seeing. A great team of people, I only wish that I had changed to this surgery sooner.

Consistently running late. Waiting over an hour for your appointment. Getting worse every year and now they want to bill for the gap. You must be kidding how about we bill you for wasting time due to your poor time management.

The doctors at this surgery are great, the receptionists however are not. I like to think I'm a pretty reasonable person and I have never complained about any business prior to this, however the receptionists here have absolutely shocking customer service skills. One lady in particular, Tracey, has a habit of booking me into appointments for one day and then physically telling me another. This has happened several times and I don't even think she realises shes doing it. I completely understand people make mistakes but when she did it again for the 3rd time today she insinuated she would have never said the appointment was today as the doctor I was seeing wasn't working. She did though, I vividly remember it and the fact that she couldn't even offer a simple apology for the inconvenience of driving all the way to the clinic with an infant at 8: 30 in the morning for nothing; is just extremely poor customer service. A quick apology would have made me feel 10x better about the situation and its just basic customer service really. Additionally, its extremely frustrating to have to wait 10 minutes every time I arrive; for a receptionist to finish her personal conversation with a co-worker to call me over and check me in when i'm standing there, carrying an impatient, heavy 7 month old. Really, really not good.

Ignore the comment by Karen H she has been spamming multiple sites with negative unfair reviews about the practice. Anyway.the FACTS 1) the surgery bulk bills which is amazing (apart from weekends) 2) the waits can be long but it is worth it as the doctors are thorough and considerate. My usual GP is Dr Dhanji and he has gone above and beyond in the care of my family. He is also a shared care obstetric GP which is worth knowing. Every doctor here I have seen has been caring and competent

The clinic is one of the best, I have been with them since they opened, My family doctor is DR Dhanji he is one of the nicest persons I have ever met
very professional. He is part of my Family now as our doctor and he is like a brother and mentor.the staff are great, helpful and understanding.they always go above and beyond.i have seen other doctors there when Dr Dhanji was on a well earned break and they are all the same.
I can't fault this practice at all 5 stars AAA+
well at late this Practice has become so busy you can never get to see your treating doctor when you need them they are over booked with no room for me anymore. Its so disappointing and there seems to be a click with several of the receptionists that if they do not like you they will not help you I could name 3 of them but this would be unprofessional of me.all i can say is waiting 2 weeks to see a doctor is bloody stupidity.this was a great service once.it a shame they have more patience then they can handle.star rating has dropped to 2* and B-

Fantastic! The Doctors, Nurses and staff are amazing! Genuinely caring and compassionate im honestly always so impressed each time i go. Highly Recommend

Firstly what ever you do avoid Reynella Family Care at all costs don't let their name fool you they don't give a damn about their patients. If you are unfortunate enough to attend then my advise is that every body needs to ask the receptionist whether the doctor they are visiting is a registrar. There are 2 registrars at this practice undisclosed and unsupervised they are not fully qualified doctors meaning they don't have Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) they are only trainees. If you don't believe me ask the practice manager about GPEx the General Practice Education and Training Program here in Adelaide. I was seriously injured by a registrar at this practice because she didn't inform me she was only a registrar. So if you don't want to be used as a human guinea pig like me don't be afraid to ask lots of questions from everybody - hopefully you will get honest answers. Good luck!

Great Doctors rooms, very helpful and caring. However the receptionists are a big more difficult and not that friendly to deal with.

Love all the Doctors. Have a great variety of services. Dont love all the receptionists but its not a deal breaker.
