The reception staff were more than friendly, and assisted with my arrival and what I was required to do.
The doctor was punctual and very thorough with me and my issues. Plus she was very caring.
The nurse that gave me my injection was very helpful, caring and thorough with instructions and after care.
I would strongly recommend RFC to anyone.

I handed in my referral in person before my first appointment and when I arrived for the appointment it wasn't there? Instead of simply saying that they called the doctor for it to be sent through again, an apology and acknowledgment would have been appreciated.

I’ve been a patient at this practice for approximately 10 years. The care and attention I’ve received has always been excellent.

My previous GP recently retired & I was more than a little apprehensive about finding a suitable replacement, due to my rather complex medical issues. I began seeing Dr Al-Falah Dhanji in February. Part of me would like to keep him a secret, as he’s already a busy doctor, but I am so grateful to have found him and can’t begrudge others the same experience that I’m having. I feel as though he’s making the effort to look at me and my issues as a whole, rather than just dealing with one symptom. He has (as they say), a fantastic “bedside manner”, is extremely thorough, very compassionate, caring, professional and responsible. I really can’t recommend him highly enough!

Over the years I’ve had occasion to require an appt when my usual GP has been away or unavailable. I’m happy to report that every single instance has been a positive one.

The front desk staff are really great in every way, which I believe has a big impact on your overall experience. I’ve found them to be friendly, helpful and very efficient. They can actually be relied upon to follow up on things, which is no small comfort.

I’ve also been able to see the nurse practitioner, dietician, exercise physiologist & psychologist as well as Clinpath, all in the same place, which is very convenient. Gold stars all around.

The practice is up to date with technology and so I’m able to book appts online via the HotDoc app and get my repeat e-scripts sent directly to my phone, which I can then easily add to my connected pharmacy app, so it’s ready for me by the time I arrive. As a result I personally find the whole process to be seamless.

RFC have recently changed to a private billing practice. Bulk billing is no longer available for all standard appts for pension/concession card holders. However, my Care Plan reviews ARE bulk billed (and there may be others specific to your situation, so it’s worth checking). Whilst this new payment arrangement won’t suit everyone, due to the high level of care I’m receiving, it’s worth it to me.

Dr Young was very helpful and friendly with me with my consultation. I will be going back to him, and Reynella Family care.

The staff at Reynella family care are simply awesome. Highly recommend them, they are very knowledgeable and caring!

Always fast, polite. Sometimes hard to get see my doctor. But today it was like winning the lotto. Able to get appointment and did not even sit down before called in. They are busy as they are a great practice.

I have been attending this clinic since it opened and I have always received exceptional care from not only the doctors but also the nurses, reception staff and the allied health services on site.

I recently had gotten bitten by a feral cat that went through my Thumb nail. I rang the centre just to check what i should do as the germs can be quite bad, the Doctor instantly said to come in on a saturday afternoon at the end and he would look at it. The care and attendence that was provided was amazing. They dressed it and gave me the advice needed to prevent some big complications that could come of it. Thank you Doctor Dhanji for yout thorough care and concern. To Georgi, the on duty Receptionist and nurse was great she took a lot of care getting the bandage off that i had put on there and was very attentative.

Very fortuante to have found a new doctor in this area that is willing to listen and work with me.

I just called to check about getting a blood test to check my vaccinations for a new job, the receptionist was incredibly rude to me, even when I said thank you she just hung up at the end of the conversation, I work in medical and so realise how stressful it can be but I always put the patient first and am polite no matter what kind of day I am having, if you can't do that you should not be in medical. The only reason that I have given the two stars is for the few doctors I see there that are fantastic, but todays experience has made me decide to go elsewhere.

An outstanding medical practice which I have been attending for many years. The service from the staff is excellent. My doctor is outstanding and definitely the best doctor whom I have ever dealt with!

There is an excellent vaccine and blood testing office, a great paediatric service and other fine services offered in the one building! I could not be more happy with the service that I have received there and I can't fault them!

The most amazing admin staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, this practice is amazing so helpful and the Drs are so helpful, I am so impressed with the Surgery

Went to the respiratory clinic today, very well run service, easy to book, quick and efficient and the doctor who came in to check on my for any other illnesses was lovely.

Totally gone down hill since first started going there some lovely doctors rude reception staff and had issues regarding accounts and been bullied about payments. Also told when first started going there by one dr that they would never charge above Medicare rebate, didn’t last long.

I recently moved from a city based doctor that has a waiting list of over 10 weeks. Each time I went to see them I had to wait well over 1 hour to see them. I have now been travelling to RFC (+30 minutes drive away) to see Dr Alasdair Young. He is always on time, very polite and helpful and really thorough. I am so thankful that I can see him when I really need to and know that I am in good hands.

I've been going here for many years now.

It's a large family practice with a respiratory and vaccination clinic located at the back. There are several different specialists who consult from here (e.g occupation therapist, psychologist, exercise therapist) which is very handy.

The wait time to see my doctor is often up to half an hour, so I try to book in straight after lunch if possible, but this doesn't seem to help much. I'm not sure if I've just had bad luck on the days I visited. I've got no complaints at all about my Dr though. He's terrific!

Also the phone is never answered straight away, so you have to get through the menu items (#3 for Dr) and then wait on hold.

They use the hotdoc app, so I can book online and see all the available times, which is great but nowadays I generally have to wait 1-2 weeks for a face to face or a tele-health appointment.

I was really unwell with asthma last year and my regular doctor was away at the time but another doctor (Vira Chawter) phoned me several times and faxed scripts to my pharmacy. She was really nice.

I find Tracy to be very helpful too. She organises e-scripts to be sent to my phone, which saves me coming in just to get a prescription.
