Great room plenty of space and good spa bath with comfortable bed. Balcony gave nice views. Good swimming pool but very cold

Had lunch at the Nanya Bistro and was very disappointed.
I had a Renmark Citrus Salad with added Chicken.
It looked very appealing and colourful, but unfortunately as soon as I took my first taste it very salty with cracked salt (who salts a salad?) so I sent it back I don’t like salty food and if I want salt I can add it myself.
When they brought out a replacement there was no salt, but the added chicken was very salty.
Fran had the Homemade Gnocchi with mushrooms and it looked very ordinary and yes it was very salty as well and the Gnocchi was rubbery, Fran couldn’t eat it.
Obliviously the Chef thinks salt is the necessary ingredient and will add it to your meal if you want salt or not.
Overall I don’t recommend here and when the waitress ask how the food was, she blamed us for not communicating earlier.

Beautiful location on the river.
Food was excellent and staff all very friendly and helpful.

Had dinner, must say a very stingy serve of chips with the schnitzels for a pub.
I'm a small eater but was left hungry after the meal.
Schnitzels were nice however, but nothing special.

Available to all amenities ideal for a relaxing stay pub close x2 river on doorstep food multiple locations within 3 minutes walk information centre stones throw away what more could you want

I didn't stay in a room but was part of a wellness fair all week which was amazing! Easy parking great views and great food in their newly renovated restaurant. Looking forward to staying in a room in March 24 when I'm reading there next. Jackie Dene Intuitive Medium xo

Stayed for 2 nights at the group stay and it was really good and very clean. Kitchen area was amazing.

Renovations on the hotel started outside our room at 6.30 am after finishing after 5.30 pm the evening before. Drilling and cutting metal balustrades. Our room was uninhabitable it was so noisy. The builders were literally outside our bedroom from 6am. Hotel refused a refund but knocked $30 off our room. Very poor customer service. They should not have even rented out the rooms next to the renovation. Extremely disappointed with the experience, the stay and the reaction of the hotel. They just didn’t care.

The only issue I had was the batter on the fish wasn’t crispy but it was cooked perfectly.

Good stay, unfortunately due to the floods alot mosquitoes were coming inside the room so didnt much a a restful nights sleep

Unfortunately our stay at the Renmark hotel was really disappointing this year. The only redeeming quality was the room, the view of the river and the reception staff who are always lovely. In the restaurant, coffee and orange juice took such a long time to arrive at our table after we had already started eating one morning. People on other tables could be heard also complaining about the time it was taking for coffees and juice to arrive. On a second morning I was given a chai latte instead of a vanilla coffee latte I had asked for and again drinks arrived after breakfast was already served. At this point I told the waiter who said she would happily replace the drink to not worry about it as it would be very likely I would need to wait another half hour for a coffee. Ordered fried eggs on toast and the eggs came out rubbery with yolks that were so over cooked you would think they were boiled. Another morning I went to the restaurant bar for a glass of orange juice and the lady at the coffee machine was very rude and abrupt about the bar not being open before 10am and that I had to order at the next counter even though it was already 10: 10am. Lastly as far as I am aware check out is 10am but we had room service knocking on our door at 9: 20am on our departure day which made us feel kind of rushed to leave our room early. Sadly when we shared our experience with some of the locals they were already aware of some of the issues the hotel is having. It’s really unfortunate how our experience unfolded this year. Ever other year I have stayed at the Renmark Hotel and I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I really hope next holiday season we come back to the region we can hear more positive things from the hotel we used to love so much.

Was one of the worst riverland meals I've had beef snitzel was tiny and had no chips. My one day wife had a chicken snitzel and asked for gravy on the side and got a pile of sauce on top instead and was just a wet sock of a snitzel. My mate tried to order gluten free meal which they tried to offer a piece of chicken for $40 which is a bloody rip off get it back to country pub style getting your basics right first.

The new deck area is a fantastic addition. Great meals & drinks selection along with super attentive staff.

I really like eating here.
Over the Last few years I have had some amazing Meals.

I love steak. I have had some excellent steaks here.

NOV 22: Tonight it wasn't so good. It was way too rare. It was a great cut of scotch fillet and tasted great. But Chef - it wasn't medium rare, check before you sent them out.
I haven't given up on you chef. I will come back next trip and you will cook me another that won't disappoint, I'm sure.

Nice hotel, and the meal I had, was great. Good, polite staff. The new addition to the pub, needs to blend in with the rest of it. Being white, sort of doesn't quite fit in.

Awesome hotel.most helpful staff.couldn't ask for better service. They went above & beyond.

Nanya Bistro review: wow, what an improvement. Just had the chef's special pork belly with creamed potato and roast carrots. Ordered with a side of seasoned vegetables which today was roasted cauliflower and pesto with toasted flaked almonds. Amazing. Outstanding flavours and cooked beautifully. The pork belly wasn't fatty and cooked to perfection. 9/10. Thank you.
