Red Cacao Chocolatier reviews
68 Kudos to your staff; without fail they have been welcoming, friendly, timely and knowledgeable. No mean feat in customer service; Well Done! It is aways a pleasure to visit Red Cacao, every time!
Oh, and have I mentioned that their fare is to-die-for? (Especially the Salted Caramel Dark Hot Chocolate.just Wow!)
Having Coeliac Disease, I also thoroughly appreciate all of their gluten-free goodies.
Thank you for a great experience, every visit!
Amazing place with wonderful service! The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food and drinks are always very good quality and worth every cent. Highly recommend this cafe, good for kids as well as adults.
Great service from the man that served us. Hot chocolates are amazing as well as the coffee. Will go again:)
Regular to red cocao, amzing local buisness eith friendly staff and best of all, GREAT chocolate
Very popular by the number of patrons. Tucked away off the main street, it is worth finding it for a hearty sized mug of good coffee, together with a unique offering of complementing chocolates or satisfying slices of indulgence. Pleasant staff with a pleasant ambience with indoor or outdoor seating.
The beautiful chocolate smell on arrival was lovely. A Team Member came out straight away to greet us and give us water. Table side ordering is great. They have a great gift store inside. I just wish there was more lunch options but that wont stop me from coming back.
We usually make the trip to Stirling each month, in theory for the market, but really for the waffles which are so different each time (and discounted on Sundays if you're early enough). Love how happy and attentive the staff are - their enthusiasm percolates through to the customers! Coffees are always good; on the odd occasion we have lunch it would be nice if the menu changes a bit. At times you have to wait for a table but it's worth it.
