I have been to this establishment on a number of occasions and it always hits the spot! The servers are of an exemplary nature, particularly one young man named "Nick" who was wearing an apron that said "Andrew" on it. He asked me if I wanted to rock and roll! Then he served me with the most amazing hot chocolate I have ever had! Highly recommend, worth the trip

Great little spot. It was super busy even though it was pouring with rain, people were still lining up to wait for a table! Staff were lovely even though they were under the pump. Get the waffles, I'll be back to try more flavours (pictured is the Skippy waffles, probably for kids but we got them anyway)

Red Cacao is an absolutely amazing cafe! We loved the friendly customer service, super perfect coffee and wonderful savoury muffins and chocolate desserts. I would highly recommend Red Cocoa to all chocolate and coffee lovers.

A favourite coffee/brunch stop in Stirling; friendly staff & great coffee/hot chocolate, & food; love the waffles, but also the chocolate Granola.

Amazing customer service! Food also amazing (potato & leek soup & lamb pot pie) as well as the hot chocolates - esp the chocolate shot. Will definitely be back.

Love the setting of the Cafe and interior, its a very pleasant spot for eating/drinking as well as shopping for chocolate products. The customer service was faultless as they were very friendly and welcoming. Just didn't have a perfect experience as I didn't enjoy the dirty chai latte flavor and I was missing an item from the savory meal. Other than that I enjoyed the experience, as did my friends and would want to return.

We were very impressed by how fast and responsive the service was despite how busy the place was. They brought us water straight away, took coffee orders, and came back several times to check if we were ready to order dessert.

The coffees were to a good standard and desserts were delicious. The customers there also seemed like a nice crowd and very family friendly.

Relatively modest in appearance Red Cacao is a five star experience if you submit to its charms. Staff always friendly and committed. Food always at a high standard. As the name suggests cacao/chocolate is the focal point. Welcoming and generous.

Best thing on our table was some crisp lettuce and tomatoes.

The 80% dark hot chocolate is lacking true chocolate flavor. No fruitiness. No creaminess. Just bitter and watery. I've traveled throughout the Americas and have tasted all kinds of bitter chocolate. This was very disappointing.

The pies were truly terrible, not gourmet. Chicken was dry. There was a serious lack of spice or flavor. The pastry was undercooked and wet. I didn't expect amazing pies at a chocolatier but I didn't expect them to be so bad.

The best place to indulge yourself in Stirling. So many amazing chocolaty things. Great coffee and eats. In door and outdoor seats. Lovely family owners.

Tried Dark Hot Chocolate just meh. A bit too watery. Peppermint Chocolate was alright. But the salty caramel chocolate was too salty. Very busy chocolate store. But don't think i wanna come back.

Lovely and friendly and staff. Good selection of warm drinks and variety choice of chocolates. Warm and cosy atmosphere.

Best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Must be because it's in the Adelaide Hills went there for dessert night and had the hot pudding. We also got complimentary tastes of one of their chocolate moussey cakes. Delicious. There were cosy blankets available and gas heating for customers sitting outside. The cakes and chocolate display looked amazing so I'll definitely be back to try those.

A chocolate lover's paradise.
Would recommend the Aztec spiced hot chocolate. It has just enough spice to warm you up on a rainy, wintery day.
We also sampled a few chocolates with the eggnog truffle and earl grey tea pieces being our favorite.

Very friendly, great venue, delicious chocolate and cakes, table service with pay at the end, only criticism a bit pricey but worth the occasional visit.

Amazing coffee and chocolate at a very nice Stirling spot. Food's only topped by the friendlinness of the staff. Never dissapoints.
