Ramsgate Hotel

Our staff Xmas Party was held here. The event and catering staff were amazing. India did such a great job arranging what was needed for the event. Staff were very pleased with the venue/food - will more than likely use them this year also.

If I were the owner I would get rid of the manager ASAP. I’m certain his disgusting attitude towards customers has scared off many other customers like myself. Very disappointing.

Bring back the old menu - it had everything you wanted and was 5/5 star! This new one stinks!

The food, not for my liking, ordered a fish dish and was just smelly deep fried fish carcus, and replace ya carpet, thought my shoes were going to stay stuck to it,

Great hotel to stay at by the beach or short trip to the airport and easy drive to the centre of Adelaide. Very nice bedrooms and very comfortable beds. Unfortunately its location means it gets very popular and noisy on the weekends and parking can be very scarce. There’s a nightclub that can get rather noisy when it is open but we barely noticed it in our bedroom. Also shower and toilet facilities are shared between the rooms. Even tea and coffee facilities are shared. Finally once the nightclub closes the front door out is locked and you can’t get back in, making it a problem to pop out to get something from the car.

Uniquely crafted experience when staying overnight at Ramsgate Hotel. Friendly staff & lovely laid back atmosphere. Clean room. Perfectly located among buzzing weekend crowd at Henley Beach. Postcard beach ️, beautiful patrons, surrounded by gorgeous cafes & dining restaurants. Sit back & see mesmerising sunset. So good. Cheers!

Good food at good prices. Fast and friendly service. Relaxed atmosphere with modern decor. Various bars and beers on tap.

The staff are very caring and they made us ie Sue and myself VERY WELCOME. Thanks to all of you and don't change because we love you all for your RESPECTFUL ATTITUDES.

Had a great experience here. Had one of their specials and it was a really unique flavour experience for pub food. Beef satay with a fruity salad, 5/5.
Then came the drinks. Was served by a Natalie who was really quick and charismatic. Felt really welcomed and had a great laugh.i’d give 6 stars if i could

Don't get an oily snitty. Great surroundings but wouldn't eat there again. Have seen a few bands play there over the years but I think they have more of a pokies focus now.such a shame, so much potential

Premium drink prices but horrible, low quality trained staff, Friday night 17/9 young brunette bartender NAT served me two drinks, was rude, clearly not an experienced bartender as majority of my shot of JD for my JD and coke went on the bar not in the glass, no worries. Then proccedes to place both glasses on the upper level of the bar and slide them towards me spilling half my drink all over the bar. Said to her im sorry but im not paying for drinks that you spilt everwhere, pretended she couldnt hear me and shoved the eftpos machine in my face whilst looking away, mature. If your charging premuim drink prices then have decent skilled bartenders to support. Later in the night my mate asked her for B52 shots (mind you we have had these shots made up for us by mutiple bartenders here mutiple times) but according to Nat you dont sell those? Seriously? Quite possibly the easiest shot to make.
Sort out your staff and procide some decent training lol, wont be returning when we have kids just out of school with a online RSA making us drinks? Sort it out guys.

I understand that grand final day is very busy and that there are limitations in capacity, but I don’t understand why half my family were let in but my mum and I weren’t when they had two empty seat next to them. People were walking in and out as they please, masks worn incorrectly, no social distancing and THAT’S the hill you die on? Separating a family on grand final day? If you could tell me the number of people who were in there exactly with the amount of movement going on I’d be very surprised.

And then I don’t understand why we were outside waiting (with no heating on) for the entire first half of them game just watch a group of young girls arrive after us, wait 10 minutes, then get let it before us despite security knowing our situation. We never ended up going in, left for the life savers club instead when we accepted that we were never going to be let it. 0/10 will not be going back, I have never been so upset in my life at a club or at it’s security.

Menu selection was extensive and some really beautiful dishes on there. So much to choose from.was so hard to only choose 1 thing!
Meals were great, and staff were lovely.
Will return for sure

Drank so much I passed out at the front door and urinated myself. Young lad who worked as a security guard helped me out. Thanks.

We had a group booking on Saturday. The food was great as was the service.
Two things were disappointing.
Firstly the ladies toilets
You've installed new toilet paper dispensers which are dysfunctional. They dispense one sheet at a time and when they fail to dispense there is no way to open it to access the paper!
I advised staff but nothing changed in the afternoon. I thought I'd use the disabled persons bathroom but this didn't have a lock!
This left ONE toilet available for women all day.

Quite literally the worst place I have ever been to in my entire life. The service was absuloutley disgusting I have no words for it. Your staff are SO rude. It is so sad as you have the most perfect location and such good food but with staff that treat customers the way they do I will never be going back. I could not recommend a place less then your pub. I never write reviews for anything but I am shocked. You need to hire new staff or train them to stop being so rude. They look like they hate their job and walk around like zombies with no expression or happiness. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered and you should be embarrassed.

About right, not believing a user! I guess your algorithms are on point! Not! You can’t make people be decent! Decency recognises decency!

Sunday to Thursday I would be happy to stay here. The Rooms were great and I found the staff friendly and helpful. Just fix the zip. Took almost 5 minutes to get enough hot water for a tea.

Food was pretty good but let down by the staff attitude. Asked for some me ketchup it was reluctantly supplied. I ordered drinks from the bar after a huge sigh from the bar lady. Didn't really seem interested in offering a service.
I wouldn't come back given my experience.

Great food, excellent service, friendly staff, excellent establishment. Cannot fault this place. Our food was so good, we stayed for desert. We will definitely be coming back.
