Clean. However requires block out blinds and double glazing on windows being so close to a main road. Staff were not that friendly.

Our family has stayed here a few times over tye years ajd as usual it was a pleasure this time too

Best accommodation in Mawson Lakes in Adelaide! However the on-site parking is very limited and "first in, best dressed" is the norm. Plenty of cafes to charge back to accommodation and if you like Asian dishes, this is the best location. Great!

Great place nice rooms and if staying for more than 2 weeks let you take your dog (as long as they are around 10kg)

Excellent place to stop and check out the uni and Mawson lakes will stay there again. Great staff very helpful.

Comfortable bed, a/c in both room, lots of space, has everything you need. Shower over bath could benefit from a handrail though. Good gym. Great supermarket nearby. Very comfortable stay.

Well what a year! No Graduation to celebrate, with an already hard 2020.
My son & a few of his friends decided to stay at Quest Mawson Lakes Hotel, as they have previously stayed at a few other Quest Hotels.
Paid in advance for their apartment in full.
When he went to check-in, was told he had to pay $250 for a security bond. (in the terms and conditions you only have to pay if it was paid by cash)
So when it came to checking out, he asked for his $250 to be refunded, he was told he had to wait 7 days (as it's a considerable amount of money to be out of pocket for) he was not very happy at all, he requested she refund him with cash, only to be denied. They had totally looked after the room, there was no problems therefore no need to keep hold of his money.
I phoned and spoke to a staff member & was very abruptly told, that she had already explained it to my son & that's the way it is!
Well Yes that is the way it is, BECAUSE we will tell all our friends & family NOT to stay at the Quest Hotel in Mawson lakes if that's how you're going to treat young adults who do the right thing!

Away from CBD but if you are working at Plant and need to commute regularly, it is a good place to live.

Good size room for business travel. Friendly staff. Good gym. Secure parking is a bonus (for extra fee). Very happy. Will be back.

Booked for 2 nights.when we arrived was told the car park was booked out, had to park on the next road. 11pm the cigarette smoke coming from our bathroom vents filled our bathroom, had to use towels to block the gap under the door so my asthmatic daughter did not breathe it. I called the night manager at 11pm who did not even try to remedy this, no offer of another room. We booked out the 1st thing in the morning.
Room not cleaned properly yellow urine stained toilet & a condom wrapper under the bed. NEVER again with family.work trip maybe

Had been staying at the quest Mawson lakes for 1 week. Loved majority of my stay there. Upon my arrival staff member asked what brings you to quest Mawson lakes today. I notified him that I had just returned from over state and was planning to self isolate. He said he’ll notify the room service to not service the room where I was staying which I said was a good idea. Now fast forward on the 1st of August the police came to check up on me, than I had called the police and sorted the issue out with them. Now on the 3rd I go downstairs to do my usual booking for another night. I payed and got my keys renewed and went back to my room. I got a call and a rudeeee, greedy, and discriminative staff Member called my room. Started questioning me about my personal life and threatened to kick me out if I didn’t pay for a whole new week at once, which was not convenient for me. Now this staff member was very rude and was questioning me like he was a police officer investigating a murder and like he had the right to accuse and threaten me. And when my partner decided it wasn’t acceptable the way the staff member was treating me he asked me to tell them we will check out and than the staff member said now I’d definitely like for you guys to get out and said I can handle your husband if you like. My partner and I called the Police and arranged another hotel to move into. Don’t recommend.

Thus was an overnight business stop, and I found the staff to be very willing to help, a comfortable bed, adequate kitchen amenities for an overnighter, and a quiet mid-week room. I didn't need a car park, but had one offered.

Great place for a short stay. Had the misfortune of a fire alarm early morning Tues.but the professional and lovely staff made sure the procedure was handled with speed and compassion.

Serviced apartment was a good standard that you can can expect from the quest group. Solid free wifi. Comfortable bed. Good kitchen and bath
Offsite parking ended up being a problem due to its insecurity in a apartment garage that anybody can access and be out of view. Our pushbikes were stolen from our car. Ask to park at the hotels own carpark at the back.

Got amount of beds we wanted wrong but was able to rectify the problem and charged extra due to not having a credit card and only debit card but was alright

Great hotel with excellent facilities. The charge back for local restaurantsade it very easy when traveling for work.

Simple, clean room with everything I needed. The staff were friendly and I had no troubles with my stay, although on-site guest parking had run out. Fortunately there were streetside parking spots available that weren't metered until 8am-8pm. Good location for nearby groceries and food.

First time staying at the Quest in Mawson Lakes, was not disappointed. Facilities were clean and spacious and the shower water pressure was great! Definitely would stay there again.

Just checked in and super impressed with staff. I asked if it was possible for an early checking (10am) since I was on a early flight and had little sleep. The staff were wonderful and said a room would be ready in 30 min. I went and got a tea and some brunch from one of the many local cafes and when I returned the room was ready.once inside it was beautiful and clean. I am so super happy with staff and the room. I can see this trip will be a pleasure.
