Quest Mawson Lakes

Thanks to the staff at Quest Mawson Lakes (Isaac and Rebecca), a memorable week's stay - almost a home away from home. Thank you both - your level if professionalism and personalised approach, makes all the difference!

We had to stay at the Quest due to moving house for my husband's work. We viewed it as a little holiday amongst the business of moving, and were absolutely shocked when our very well looked after car was broken in to with much malicious damage in the Quests' "secure" overflow carpark.
The hotel staff informed me that they take not responsibility even for their own carpark (which I was informed was also broken into recently.). And were really not that fussed about the event. I know it could be hard if you have to face that regularly, but for us the reaction seemed pretty cold.
Our children were devastated and we really did not feel safe there. Gratefully our accommodation was changed to the Barossa. We would never stay at Mawson Lakes Quest again or Mawson Lakes for that matter.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, super amazing staff who always accommodated my requests for my 12 week stay. Can’t recommend enough, definitely coming back here.

I stayed here for 4 night with my 3 kids after my house burnt down. You were already aware of this as my insurance advised you of the situation. I was welcomed with a bar of soap, one shampoo & one conditioner. This wasn’t enough to even give myself a bath yet alone 3 kids. There was no washing powder, no detergent and the washing machine smelt so bad. I rang the reception and they got me 2 little sachets of washing powder. I ended up buying my own as they didn’t bother to restock for days. 2 days went past no cleaning services came to my room, when I questioned this they dropped off a vacuum cleaner in my room to do it myself. The noise was extremely loud! The sink was blocked so I had to brush my teeth in the bath. & to top it all off my bond was taken from me as my kids left few texta marks on the furniture. Knowing that’s my last money I had left, they did not bother to call me & let me know as I checked out at 9am! I even rang crying asking to please let me come up and clean it as I had all the cleaning products but the manager refused.
&& that my friend costs you $521 a night!

I’ve stayed in many hotels but this by far has to be the worst one! I wouldn’t even stay here again if I was homeless! I was in a mentally bad place but you guy have made me feel so worthless and my kids were hungry for the whole week due to you taking my bond.

Nice environment nice clean and cool staff bbq area on 2 floor is a winner but doesn’t get utilised, when wine bar on rooftop on worksite is finished it will kick

Really impressed with Quest Mawsons Lake. The apartment was enormous. Bed was comfortable. Desk was well located with power points. Although the chair could be a little more ergonomic. Lots of windows. I did have to mop the bathroom floor after showering as water went everywhere. And some shelves or bench space in the bathroom would be helpful.

Decent rooms but great service.

Will think about staying here vice the city, next time I am in town.

Secure car parking onsite and another carpark a short stroll around the corner.

The most easy and friendly online booking system.rooms were true as said. Service was great and helpful could ask for a better way to book my next trip away. Keep up the great work.

Conveniently located near the University and bus stops. Reception staffs are topnotch friendly and helpful. Rooms are relatively clean compared to other hotels though can still have some improvements, utensils in the room not properly cleaned.

It’s a medium 3-star hotel. Cheaply designed rooms, uncomfortable beds, and a place with zero amenities (not even coffee). I would not stay there again.

Stayed at Quest Mawson Lakes 1 night, when booking in I was told as usual they would put a hold of $150 on my card, when I asked when the money would be released I was told on the day of our departure once the room was checked.
4 days later the money was still not released, rang Quest who told me it was my banks fault.
7 Days later money still not released, called my bank who said it was Quest and the hold was for another 7 day That’s a 14 day hold.
Called Quest again, there comment was it should have been released already but could not explain why the hold was for 14 days.
That means that Quest has misled me 3 times.

Parking was the only issue but was lucky to get one out front of the four they have off site parking 2.2m clearance was in a van
now room great shower bed was comfortable also toaster kettle and microwave large TV very clean large cupboard space table for two

If I could remove stars from you I would you are the most heartless persons I’ve ever come across I’m with my two-year-old son my mum came home for one night unexpectedly because she’s got leukaemia and be in hospital for six months she came home for one night and because I didn’t have the $150 bond you wouldn’t let me stay there shame on you even after asking management they Declined I wouldn’t recommend anyone that doesn’t have a heart

Easy booking online and when I arrived for my stay staff was great, I didn’t get the male receptions name but he was helpful and greeted me with a friendly smile. Room was great and price was great too. Location was perfect and accessible and close to everything. I’ll be staying here again.

Very good location. We've been here three times now and we've always enjoyed it. Only prob is if they have two many guests u need to park in the overflow park which can be tricky to find. The beds are comfy though and everything else is top notch.

Great spot, great location, great rooms and customer service = customer satisfaction.

Opted for 3rd floor (top) and to the rear. Much quieter than lower front rooms

Clean well appointed managed apartments. Great location for access to Mawson Lakes restaurants and shops.
Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating.
17km outside of Adelaide City which is a 25 min drive making it a good base for exploring Adelaide and the surrounding areas.

Really nice location and surrounding community. Enjoy the experience and look forward to visiting again. Thank you.

Very nice place to stay, it's just a pity that management promote and accept drug use by their employees use at their mawson lakes hotel.
