Very supportive and friendly staff! They are very proactive with taking on feedback to do with their SAIGHS Program.

Great location, the admin staff were very friendly and courteous. I was happy with the doctor I saw and felt very comfortable in his presence. I felt validated.

Easy to access service, affordable appointments and very valuable free programs too. Always feel comfortable speaking to staff and going to their offices.

I called numerous times, getting stuck on hold with it eventually terminating without answer. I eventually (after several weeks of trying), got ahold of someone who seemed very disinterested and emailed me a brochure. When I received it, the information in the brochure was different to what the woman had told me. I tried to ring back to make an appointment, but still couldn't get through on the phones and gave up.

This place does NOT do bulk billing and they haven't for years! If I could give 0 stars I would for their misleading informarion

The staff are really friendly and helpful and when I left a voicemail they got back to me the same day. I've only had positive experiences at PsychMed.

I met Janet Dayman who wrote lies in a letter and caused so much trauma. I finally got my diagnosis for my daughter no thanks to her untruths. Not every psychologist is ethical and i will be taking it up with my lawyer.

PsychMed is awful, after waiting months to get an appointment they accidentally booked me in to see someone who wasn't actually taking on any new patients, they then called me to cancel and said they would sort something else out within the next two weeks (particularly because they knew the severity and urgency of the situation I was in). After calling every other week for about 4 MONTHS with no success I finally got into see someone at Bagot House PsychMed in the city, they have cancelled 3 out of the 5 appointments I was meant to have, and the 2 that they did decide to turn up for both ended about 15 minutes early after starting late. They really don't care and I cannot recommend avoiding this place enough!

If I could i would of given a 0 star rating. They are totally misleading. They're hold message says they offer bulk billing but that is a old message and they haven't updated it yet. They also "believe" that quality psychology is a right not a privilege, which is also misleading because of that wasnthe truth they would still offer bulk billing. Do not go to this practice

My son is supposed to be seeing a phycologist at the Giles Plains one but they keep cancelling on him. He has been going through a bad time lately t. I rang them up to let them know he needs to talk, and he was booked in that week. They cancelled again! The secretary said shed make a note on his file. Seems like they don't care.

The receptionist have twice failed to credit my account.which left out of pocket.they said it was Medicare and Medicare said it not them. I'm left to chase down the money from Medicare.set up My gov account ps.they don't care as long as there not out of pocket give them your bank details and you end up with egg on your face just rude.

The psychologist were constantly absent of the group sessions, i didn't feel they were serious. Bagot house.

I oftenbrace myself for an awkward, uncomfortable or disappointing but normally empty interaction with receptionists but the receptionists at psychmed always leave me feeling at ease, understood and validated. A very valuable thing within the mental health industry for us patients.

My doctor Qui has helped me to better understand myself and has been incredibly beneficial in my road to recovery. Friendly, professional, and always makes me feel at ease.

Horrible Psychologists told a breast cancer survivor to go home and work out how to get over not having breasts. AVOID THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Psychologists are friendly, easy to get along with. But I have been waiting for a letter to.give a government cooperation for two months now.each time I call they say they will email my. Psychologist to explain the urgency. I call every week.
