My daughter has been swimming weekly with proswim for over 3 years amazing instructors, patient, aware of individual children's swimming abilities and a maximum of 4 children.

My daughter loves coming here each week. She is very confident in the water now and has learnt invaluable skills. The teachers are wonderful, very patient and great with children. They spent time to really help my daughter overcome some fears in the past. This centre is passionate about what they do! Highly recommend.

I highly recommend this swim school. A local business that runs swim classes from babies upwards. All my children started lessons from 4 months old and have progressed through the levels. The instructors make an effort to know the children and have flexible teaching styles…. Firm but fair. The water is always a comfortable temperature- lovely and warm in winter. There are lots of classes to choose from, morning and afternoon and flexibility with make up classes. Lastly the accomplishments of every child is rewarded by ringing the bell - what a highlight!

My child has been attending classes here for a number of years. From a child who was not at all confident in the water, to now looking forward to her weekly class. The instructors are informative, patient, nurturing, fun and professional.
I also love that the centre is a little smaller. It has a lovely personable, family friendly vibe.

There have been more times than I care to mention that I have needed to miss a class or change session days/times and I have only been met with a supportive 'can do' attitude by Management, and an offer for make up classes so my child doesn't fall behind. I really feel like her safety and strength in the water is their #1 priority.

I have and will continue to highly recommend ProSwim!

We love it for my son's swimming classes.
It's only a small pool but that really makes the charm for us. There's not too many classes running parallel which makes it a great learning environment.
He's 4 and has made such big leaps on the few month we've been there.
Pricing is very fair.

Also recommend the baby swimming they offer for free.

I Bought a Groupon voucher! I was put on the waiting list. Then I was told that the voucher was experied. No refund! But the voucher was claimed the very first timd I called to book. Not my best memory.

Wonderful swimming centre, smaller and quieter. Attend for aquatic therapy. All staff are knowledgeable and show empathy and compassion. Greet us by our names as we arrive and leave.

Disappointed that this company sold groupon vouchers promising an offer that they knew they couldn't deliver. We went into the centre to personally book the lessons to be told they didn't have any available positions but told to validate our groupon and they would call when times come available. No call was ever received. When I called to follow up after a couple of months they said too bad the offer had expired and if we want our money back we had to contact groupon. This is not how you run a company and my daughter who we had excited about starting swimming lessons is now very upset she won't be doing them. I would not use or recommend this company to anyone, very disappointed to see a company trying to take battling families money.

Very bad experience with the reception, couldn't be worse. The reception lady is being very unprofessional, unrespectful, rude and discriminated. My friend and I just want to have a visit. As we were watching through the window, the staff yelled at us and kicked us out by saying we are not welcomed as we are peering through the window and shut the door. I don't understand why can't we watch through the window to see the swimming pool and we are not peering. The window is just there and it's open, and people inside are not naked, and we are just two girls who want to know about the lesson and this place. How could someone treat us like that? I feel so bad about this and i'm not going there anymore in my life!

Go there by using a Grupon is not a good experience at ALL!

One of the instructors is quite rude when participants dont understand what she explains at first. Her character is quite temperamental and shows discourteous every time that is at the desk as well. In my first session there, she was rolling her eyes and snatching because I couldn't hear her properly. After a while, when she felt the class controlled, changed a bit her attitude. But then at the desk, she responded to our questions as she wouldn't like to deal with us, her tone was REALLY rude.

When we asked to book another sessions as per the grupon specifies, she expressed things like:
"there is a privilege for those who paid full classes",
"there is not availability in those classes (for grupons) ",
"you bought a grupon, call on Monday"

Cat is fabulous. Very skilled at adapting the exercises to suit me post surgery. Really fun class, I felt great afterwards. I'd highly recommend!

Came with kids for their swimming class, normally there's quarter of the pool for kids to play before or after class, today I was told no one can play in that area when I signed in. But when I walked in, I found about 6 kids in that area playing and no one said anything. I still told my kids that they couldn't go to play there, waited for 15minutes, no one came to stop those kids, so I went to double check with staff if only my kids were not allowed to play there or no one could, she said she would go to stop them but did nothing. Checked with her again after another 10 minutes, she said she had to finish her computer work first, so for about 1 hour, there were away kids playing in that area and she did not care, did not even move from her desk. What's more, I checked with other parents, and no one was told that their kids were not allowed to play there.

I bought vouchers for this company via Groupon in January, when I rang to book they told us that they were heavily booked and that my boys were on a waiting list. They told me not to worry about the expiry and that my boys would definitely get a lesson. Long story short, they did nothing but lie about the expiry date, lead us on for 5 months, then when the expiry date was up refused to give my boys the lessons saying the voucher was now expired. Dodgy company that lies to it's customers, I guess I should be grateful I didn't send my sons here.
