My shopping experience with ProSwimwear was exceptional. When I needed assistance with an order, their customer service team responded promptly and offered a solution that greatly satisfied me: they agreed to return my refund as store credit to my ProSwimwear account, which allowed me to conveniently and quickly purchase the product I desired.

The entire process was incredibly smooth, and I would like to give a special thanks to Vivian, the customer service advisor I had the pleasure of dealing with. Her response was quick, and the solution she proposed was extremely flexible, allowing me to obtain my desired product in a timely manner.

My kids are improved a lot during short timeframe of 6 months, instructors are very good, never crowded and easy to cancel or adjust the swimming lessons to other day.

My daughter is currently doing swimming lessons and has been with this centre since she was 4 months old. Her confidence and skills in the water have come improved in leaps and bounds. She has so much fun during her lessons and Jill (instructor) provides clear directions and helps build my confidence as well as my daughters. Safety in and around water is a main focus of these lessons which is very important. Good class size, happy with the level of instruction and guidance that is received each lesson.

I underwent adult swimming lessons here also in 2020/2021 between COVID lockdowns to improve my skills. The class size was suitable so that each adult received good tips and instruction throughout the session.

Highly recommend for both adult and baby/toddler classes!

It’s a small facility, But never overcrowded. Staff members are very polite and helpful when canceling and rescheduling lessons. Swimming instructors are good at their job.

My twin boys had been attending the centre for approximately four months. Due to Covid, a couple of months back the centre sent an email requesting parents not send their kids if they showed any sign of illness and that lessons missed could be used later on.
To comply with this request, my kids missed some lessons over a few months, which I had paid for.
Upon arriving at the centre one day I was asked to pay fees for the month ahead. I asked if I could make use of the lessons my boys had missed as outlined in the email. It was then I was told these lessons could not be used toward their regular classes but were just extra lessons and if I wanted to use them I would need to bring my kids at an alternative time. I still needed to continue paying for their regular lessons.
I didn't say much but thought it was fairly unreasonable. Instead I asked if I could just pay for the lesson that day which they agreed to. I paid and that was the extent of our conversation.
The next week, my kids mum attended lessons as usual and was told that one of our twin boys had been delisted and they'd given his spot to another kid. Not both, just one. The receptionist then said she had discussed this with me the week before. This was a blatant lie. There had been no discussion at all about me removing my kids from lessons. And I would certainly not remove one twin but leave the other.
The worst part is the boys mum had paid her share of the month ahead prior to being told this. She then called me and I explained what had actually happened the week before.
Hearing this, she went inside to ask for a refund and was told by the same brunette woman who I'd dealt with and who elected to delist one of my kids from swimming lessons without any authority, then lie about it, that she didn't have the authority to provide a refund but that she would look into it.
This is undoubtedly the worst customer service experience of my life. Never have I seen somebody lie about an interaction to cover their own skin. And from past reviews, I am not the only person to fall victim to this centres woeful customer service. They also seem to be speaking about the same individual I dealt with.
This centre is very small and the facilities are run down. The cost of the lessons I have since found out are very similar the the state of the art aquatic centre just down the road and at the aquatic centre, the kids fees also entitle them to access the centre for leisure swimming at any other time for no additional cost. I would very carefully consider my options before signing up with Proswim.
I should add, I have never reviewed any business or venue but felt compelled on this occasion.

I have been a part of the pro swim centre for over 6 years.
The teachers are excellent. The easy to use app feature that pro swim uses is great to mark yourself absence and request make up lessons.

My little boy loves going to swimming. He loves going to see his instructor Cassie. She is so lovely

We have just started at Pro Swim. My daughter is almost 2 and is absolutely loving it! Everyone I spoke to said you must go to pro swim on Marion Rd. And I can see first hand why.

The communication here is pretty sub-par, although the staff have all been nice enough, the processes in place and sharing of information is poor. I'm also not a fan of the cold breeze coming in through all of the open windows, which makes it very cold for my little one whenever out of the water. And just 2 showers in the womens for a whole class is very lacking. It was slightly cheaper than competitors, but I'd prefer improved facilities and clear and timely comms for the sake of a few extra dollars.
Edit: the poor communication I refer to was pretty consistent - from the initial signing up stage, how to navigate the clunky app, miscommunication about make up classes, but also no communication about when classes were finishing, etc. (I asked in centre how many classes I had left and the person on the desk couldn't help me, so I was surprised when I arrived the following week and was told I needed to pay again.)

I love attending my weekly Aqua class at Proswim. The staff are all friendly, helpful and professional and the instructors always encourage us. I enjoy the comoraderie amongst the class participants.

Amazing, patient teachers. They're very encouraging towards my kids. Excellent structure and routine of lessons. Friendly staff. And the pool is warm all year round for consistency of lessons which is vital for swimming safety.

We’ve been coming to Proswim for a couple of years now and love it. All the team are professional and friendly, and supportively push the kids to get them to do their best.

We have been coming to Proswim for approximately 16 years. My eldest child started at 3 years of age & now watching my youngest child progressing with all the different strokes so well & with great confidence. I think the swim instructors we have had over the years are excellent & very encouraging too. Also we like the fact that it is a smaller centre, less noise compared to other centres we have been to, less distractions so my kids stay focused. Fees are very comparable & if you let them know you're unable to make a lesson you don't lose it, can be used as a make-up lesson.

My son has loved his swim class starting from 4 months old. The staff and swimming teachers have been welcoming and friendly. Thank you ProSwim for introducing our little man to the water!

Pro swim is amazing, always friendly and always helping us too. Cat is amazing, my boy has become a confident swimmer, and is doing so good with his swimming. Cat is patient kind and caring and a awesome instructor. All the staff are friendly welcoming and are always on hand to help too.i highly recommend them, they have great instructors and staff.

Absolutely excellent swim centre. Both our children have been learning to swim at Proswim for 11 years. The staff are awesome and always friendly and helpful. My Mum and I have both done the adult excercise classes and love them.
Totally recommend Proswim for all your family.
