Be going for some years now, pies (esp chunky steak) very good, pastry could be a bit better, hot dogs, chips good. Drive through option too.
Delicious food and coffee. Friendly staff and the store was nice and warm on a cold day. Prices were very reasonable.
Expensive, course. Drinks not cold enough on hot days. Apple crumble pies too big, soft and soggy. Chicken pies too heavy on the pastry & taste like chicken soup. Apple turnovers: no light crispy flaky pastry but doughy and chompy in the mouth. Vanilla slices, large, with overly thick layer of soft sugary paste on top, and again, the cheeewy pastry top & bottom. Hard to eat without becoming a mess. Except for standard sandwiches, most everything I've tried there has disappointed, but I suppose ok for the totally undiscerning palate)

Grumpy server.think we interrupted her cleanup time. Very overpowering gravy soaking everything on plate. Used to like going there but won't be returning soon.
Tasty Pies & Yummy cakes and buns.
Friendly service, good coffee. Easy drive through option. Sandwiches and rolls always fresh.
