Ok food (the burger was a bit gross) but what really sets this pub apart is the elite pokies room. A great place to go if you're looking for South Australian celebrities, this place is a favourite of Frenchy and the RackaRacka boys. My only major complaint is that the live music was a bit loud. My ears are still ringing. Overall this is probably the best dining in the region except for maybe OTR.

Great pub and service but there is a few things to mention

So first things first let's get the worst out the way. The rooms are upstairs, up a very steep staircase, the floor creeks real bad too. The rooms are clean and set out well but keep in mind dining, kitchen and bathrooms showers are all shared. Some equipment is underwhelming, having a 720ppi TV nowadays is almost mediocre at the least.the biggest thing to consider is that due to flooding a while back some of the rooms to the west are on around a 5° angle, the beds haven't been leveled to expect to sleep head downhill.

That being said, service was amazing, very friendly and considerate. The food was good and delivered very quickly in my opinion.

To summarise, I think this is a great place to stay if some changes were made. Mostly and easily at the very least, level out the beds please. Otherwise great work!

Absolutely beautiful place to go. Relaxing view, friendly staff and fast service. Would definitely recommend.

We had the chef's special Coorong mullet fish and chips for lunch today - the fish was outstanding. Never had such fresh and soft fish before! Grilled to perfection! Service was very friendly and quick too

Great place to have a meal right on the Murray River. Service with a smile and and great music playing in the back ground. Very relaxed

Absolutely gorgeous venue and location. The bar staff at the pretoria were really lovely especially Nicole. I must admit that the food was a bit average though. Sadly, I don't think I'd eat there again.

Very busy, not the best with communication with people with disabilities, but can improve. Foods lovely

Overall ok, no toilet attached, a problem for a family. The toilets were clean and available all the time. Nice food and drink. No washing area attached to bedroom/common kitchen, you cant even rinse a used plate. A kettle and tea/coffee items supplied in bedroom, no microwave even in common kitchen, I struggled as I was with family of two kids, wouldn't be a big problem if just bachelors.

The only good thing I can say is the outside dinning view
is amazing. The food how ever was disappointing, I ordered a vegetarian frittata which should have been left in the microwave a few minutes more. It was slightly warm on outside & cold in the middle. Wouldn't go there again, the younger staff were friendly but the older lady couldn't give a smile and made us feel unwelcome, needs to be more friendly to tourists. We went to the Community Club & had an awesome time.

A busy and well managed establishment, with a good grip on the current restrictions in place, and good customer service to top it off on our visit yesterday.

Sunday drive to Mannum and we tripped over this little gem, absolutely outstanding food, fresh and very generous portion sizes. Great staff, very friendly. Good work guys!

Great Hotel, make sure you book for the balcony though. Food delivered to your table within no time. Best pub in Mannum.

I hadn't tried any meals here before the Covid19 but we thought we would support a local small business. Anyone who knows me knows I am EXTREMELY fussy about my steak and how it is cooked. I am thrilled to say we have had steaks twice now and chicken schnitzel and all cooked to perfection. So first time wasn't a fluke or second time wouldn't have been same. If you want to try a meal that's really affordable and freshly made (salad and chips also really good) then do yourself a favour and take the drive to Mannum and you won't be disappointed. We weren't.

One of the worst meals I've had in a while Simple fish and chips is what we felt like meal came out in record time, fish was swimming in oil chef hadn't bothered to drain the fish, so when the knife hit the fish oil came oozing out. Very disappointing! And Manum is a tourist town should better quality. But on the up side location amazing and very relaxing.

Loved the views through the glass windows, the outdoor fire pit, the large grass area and Balinese pit at back area Food and huge space in dining areas.

Outdated salad bar very average meals I ordered what sounded lovely but was delivered a plate of slop of mash potato and cheese sauce the baby spinach was hardly visible.
My partners steak was overcooked and tough if you you order medium rare and receive a well done steak that's not even close not good enough especially the prices they are charging

Looks the goods, but the schnitzel was blasted through the too hot deep fryer and thr pepper sauce tasted like dishwashing liquid. Partners grilled fish was mush. Curried rice in the salad server was the saving dish.

The food was amazing. Cooked perfectly. Tasty and huge meals. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nicer venue of the 3 pubs in mannum. Bar prices are generally higher than other bars but bottle shop lower than bottom pub on average
