I was a Fringe artist this year and very grateful to Power Living for providing free classes to artists. It was a wonderful place to escape the festival madness. The space itself is very welcoming, with lovely tea, magazines and places to sit and just be. The Instructors were great and I felt looked after despite not being a regular yogi. I especially loved the Yin class which focuses on deep stretching and finding stillness. The showers were top notch aswell which was a lovely bonus. I really look forward to going again next time I'm in Adelaide. Thank you Power Living for your generosity and providing such a nourishing experience.

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Power Living Yoga in Adelaide. The reception area and studio are absolutely gorgeous and light filled. Everything was clean and crisp and the classes are excellent. The showers are spacious and they even offer towel and lovely body soap. It was a truly wonderful experience and I only wish it was closer to home so I could attend regularly. Big thanks to Tessa and the crew!
Had the good fortune to practice at Power Living while traveling in Adelaide last month for the Fringe Festival, and the studio, its instructors, and the experience overall was delightful - very zen and heartwarming. I would absolutely recommend the studio to anyone in the area interested in yoga, you will not regret it!
