I’ve only attended two classes at Power Living and they are both already in my top 5 for all time. It’s a magical place that I highly recommend

First time at Power Living Yoga, long time Yogi.
Within moments of being welcomed into their bright and calming building I realized that helping Fringe artists is one of the many ways this studio gives back to their community. Filled with a friendly, educated, and staunch staff this oasis is the perfect setting to practice. Can't thank you enough!

Power Living Adelaide is THE yoga studio to go to in Adelaide. The studio is beautiful, warm and inviting. The teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, supporting students of all levels of experience; they are passionate about what they do and this is felt in every class. Expect to be challenged, to sweat, to laugh at yourself and to learn something every single time you roll out your mat. You’ll find a community here of open hearted friends as you build strength and openness in your body and mind. 10/10 ️

Great teaching but way over crowded. Quite often there are 50 to 60 members in room that cannot provide enough room to execute the preposed pose. Members make physical contact with each other.

I tried out the studio during the generous month offered to Fringe artists. It’s a beautiful space. They offer a great range of classes. I really appreciated the level of understanding the instructors have about the mechanics of the human body. I also love the attention to detail generally—feels a bit like entering a luxurious retreat!

I have just done a class with Jamie Wetherell today and OMG! I turned to my friend who was practicing next to me and asked if he loved it as much as me and he was equally impressed. What was smashed into a short 45 minute made my day and maybe even my week! Great flow Jamie! LOVED IT!

I did a couple of classes here while in Adelaide for Fringe. Both classes were fantastic, the teachers were really knowledgable. I was concerned that the beginners class would be more basic than I'm used to, but Tessa was such an excellent teacher I found new ways to get into poses that I am very familiar with, and I really enjoyed it! The studios themselves are lovely, and the herbal tea available after classes was a welcome bonus. Highly recommended.

What an awesome studio! I'm an ultra beginner at yoga, and I felt so welcomed and at home in this studio. The instructors are top-notch and really help foster a conducive atmosphere for the yoga practice. A+!

Your open door to learn and practice yoga was a new beginning in my life. I have practiced in California and London but this was the next level. You attract great vibes of Adelaide, with plenty of space in a neutral zone to meet or just level out, and drink tea. The range of instructors is varied with some straighter talking, some without music (personal preference, more of that or more neutral music!), some offering reassuring and genuine meditations and guiding, some in between, some focusing on a particular area like twisting, and all approachable. The set up is well beyond the call of duty, with breaks between sessions, herbal spray for wiping mats, showers, donations for charities, noticeboard, and thoughtfulness. I will never forget the sessions especially because since that time, I practice regularly wherever I am, and the things I have learned continue in my practice and inform more classes I take. Can't wait to sweat at it again though. My heartfelt thanks to you all and love goes well beyond this realm.

Tessa and Triton from 'Powerliving Adelaide' were so generous to offer their beautiful place to Adelaide Fringe Festival artists for free! Again and I was so fortunate to enjoy this gift in my second year. The studio has just such a great energy! It helped me to adapt after my long travel from Germany, it helped me to focus on my upcoming shows, it helped me to meet wonderful new people. I just love the aesthetics of this place, its pure smell of Eukalyptus water, the great diversity of absolutely accomplished and empathetic teachers and the love spread in this wonderful Yoga place. Thank you from Cologne! Yours Sylvia

This studio is a wonderful hub of bliss, knowledge, community and fun. It was my home away from home and every instructor was approachable and knowledgable. It is great for beginners and advanced yogis alike and is sincere to the practice without being too serious.

Recently I was performing at the Adelaide Festival - Power Living Yoga offered we artists of the festival free Yoga - Thank you Power Living!:)

Not only was it free, it was also really good. ;) I experienced a fine array of wonderful teachers, all very dedicated, present friendly, expert in their instructions, and not too airy-fairy -and to top it all off, a beautiful, clean, spacious studio, and a warm, energetic and friendly crowd of people practicing there.

Thanks so much, you vitalised, vigormorphised and vibrantified my time in Adelaide, and gave me so very much energy to bring to our performances there.

Totally recommend this place.

Absolutely spectacular. 10/10 would recommend. I was a yoga newbie and felt welcomed and cared for. The instructors really care about making sure everyone has a great practice, so they give incredibly clear instructions as part of clearly a carefully tailored yoga routine. My body felt better than it has in years. This place is a SLAM DUNK. I do yoga every day now. Seriously. This place is the best. Get at it.

I recently moved back from Sydney and was looking around trying to find a yoga place with same great environment. This one is not carpeted (THANK YOU) and offers vinyasa right at my level (I still feel like a unfit newbie but can keep up with L2) so i love it!

The best yoga studio I've ever been to. Perfect for anyone from absolute beginner to more serious yogi. The atmosphere is so welcoming and calming, the teachers are superb (friendly, knowledgeable, and serious without being intimidating), the studio is beautifully lit, they offer everything you might need including showers afterwards.
I was just visiting Adelaide for the Fringe Festival, but I wished I lived there so I could train here more regularly.
I also had a physio appointment here during my time in the city, which was also superb. Couldn't recommend this place more, all round wonderful.

Whether you are an advanced yogi or just starting out it doesn’t matter, try out Power Living.
As soon as you walk through the doors you are greeted by many friendly faces, you will feel instantly welcomed and at home.

In the studio you can feel the energy in the room, the people around you are willing to push themselves and take on each challenge.

Each teacher at the studio is invested in you. There is a priceless exchange that happens between the teachers at Power Living and the yogis.

This place has a crazy good community where each staff member and yogi is interested in doing and being better.

If you ever need fixing go see one of the physios there too, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
