Port Broughton Tourist Park reviews
50 More like between 4 and 4.5 stars. Exceptional spacious and clean facility. Well kept. New Childrens water playground, mini golf, covered pool, bouncy pillow. Great rates too. Beach within your grasp. Amenities kept neat and tidy. Only thing I found wrong was shower and toilet cubicles are very narrow and feel cramped inside of them. Other than that, get on down to this holiday wonderland!
I would like to add that on one of the days, I walked past the main kitchen and saw a large group of children and some adults helping them, to do some biscuit decorating for an activity. The lady organising this activity told me that they do things like this during school holidays and long weekends. I thought it to be a wonderful way to keeping the children occupied
Always welcoming & friendly, so long as commonsense rules are followed, clean, very family minded with fun activities & great shops, & jetty within walking distance, in this town!
Great caravan park, lovely and friendly staff. Free mini golf, water park (although freezing cold the kids insisted in going on and had a blast!), great views. Clean amenities, easy walk to the Main Street and pub for tea.
My only downside would be that even though there were lots of sites to choose from (quiet when we were there), a lot had tree branches encroaching into the site which made it hard to get our bigger van in (21’6” off-road) So a bonus that we got to choose but if it was busy and we were allocated a spot we might have had a bit of trouble!
Each site has a mat, lots of sites to choose from, grassy, beachside etc. Kids loved riding around and playing with newly made friends.
Would 100% come back and hopefully will!
Only did a one nighter in a cabin but lovely and clean, tidy and quiet. Laundry facilities clean and easy to use. Ocean views, interesting beach to walk on. Staff lovely and helpful.
Good park for kids. Plenty for them to do. Easy access to the beach from the non powered sites. The only down side to it for me was it was s little expensive at 42 a night for non powered. Overall very clean and tidy.
Very crowded Double booked our site asked to move at 7pm which we did and were guaranteed a site for next night When we went to pay next day told we would need to vacate site Very disappointed and annoyed
Place was great besides needing a new cleaning staff, place wasn't cleaned well at all. Second time in 6 months I've stayed and both times it was the same!
Stayed here on our way to Port Lincoln and really enjoyed it. The cabin we were in was bit dated and only had a 2 seater couch but was comfortable and everything we needed for one night. They also have lots of activities here which is great. The pool was lovely and the water park looked great although we didn't use it. They had mini golf and go kart hire and walking tracks and we were right in the beach. Overall a great place to stay
Hi from the moment my carer and I were on the premises the friendly helpful staff were fantastic nothing was too much trouble, a popular park I can see why, loved my swim in the pool, will come back for Hello I want to thank you folk at G'day Caravan Parks and in particular Amanda from Port Broughton Caravan Park SA for being so gracious kind and helpful whilst my carer and I stayed two great night's / days at the Port Broughton CPark the service was excellent and friendly had a super restful break loved the pool, and #No #Mozzies that was an added bonus thanks again folks, thank you Staff for a lovely break.
Been coming here for years but first visit since the upgrades.all been done well, only observation is that if you are in the other end of the park, kind of feels like you are in the Bronx.it's also to far to send kids of alone for a little play.would be great to see the facilities spread out a little more across the park
An amazing holiday destination for the family! Pool, toddler pool, water park, pump track and bitumised roads for lots of scooting, bike riding, roller blades etc!
Plenty of clean bathrooms and toilets across the park - washing facilities everything you need for a get away from home!
Close to the Main Street which offers a stocked Drake’s foodland - so there is no running out of something and paying lots to replace it!
Coffee facilities and great meals at the local pub and cafes.
The best place for kids and family. It’s not a caravan park for night stay, but a complete holiday spot.
Clean amenities, nice pool, wonderful waterpark and so much more. The manager is a nice lady and very helpful.
I have so far recommended to a few friends and family, some have already visited.
I’m coming back soon too.
Absolutely brilliant caravan park. The kids had so much to do, its pet friendly and amenities were clean and tidy. Will be booking again next Christmas
Fantastic place, great beachfront cabins with beautiful relaxing views. Cabins and amenities were all well maintained and set up good. Will go and and highly recommended.
We love going here, been going for a few years now, plenty to keep kids happy with pool, jumping pillow, mini put put, skate track, playground and soon there will be a splash zone with slides! Management are friendly!
What a beautiful spot. Amenities are spotless. Pet friendly. Plenty of space n so close to the beach. Staff are friendly n helpful.
Clean and nice area. Great things for the kids like playground, mini golf and swimming pool.
No wifi in this day and age is a bit
Wasn't given info when ringing to make the booking. They need to be a bit more interactive and informative.
Nice updated camp kitchen. Could benefit from some cooling in there thou and also solar heating on pool.
Good relaxing few days away thou.
Port Broughton Tourist Park is located in a great little town with everything you need for a week or weekend away within walking distance. The auditions happening at the park this year with a new playground and pump track installed, and a water park coming will certainly make this a park very attractive to families.
Great size camp sites, Friday night camp Movie night for the kids.
Very kid friendly park
Pretty good ppl running this place, kid friendly. Just an all round lovely place to stay. Prices are pretty good too.
