Got a hair in my pizza.ordered through menu log and basically got fobbed off as "we're just trying to get our money back". Never once in our complaint had we asked for a refund. We just wanted u to be aware of the situation. 2nd rate pizza.no customer service skills at all. A simple apology would have been fine. Never going back again.and will be cautioning all my friends and family in the area to steer well clear!
