4 stars for the food but needs to talk to staff better not down to them as they are there to learn and when you look at it the are teenagers that are out there trying to earn some pocket money

BEST lasagne in town following with cheesei garlic bread not to mention the superb house supper special pizzas made to your liking love them all. Than you George for accommodaring my every wish every time. Ordered a pizza at 6: 10pm on a Friday and was told it would br 1hr-1hr15.at 8pm I phoned and asked if my pizza was on it's way and was told it would be around 15 mins.at 8: 30 I called back and was told it would be there "soon. " At that point I asked for a refund and said not to worry about the pizza, they responded that the pizza had already left so I would need to send it back with the driver and they would refund me when it came back. The person didn't take any details from me on the payment and I'd read other reviews here so it felt likely that I wouldn't get my refund. The manager also chose to relay a conversation back and forth via the girl who answered the phone rather than speaking directly to me to resolve the issue.

When the pizza eventually arrived (more than 2.5 hours after it was ordered) I was hungry and decided just to accept it, I advised the driver that I wasn't impressed by the service and to let his boss know the same. The driver rudely responded "oh well we are busy, you do what you feel you need to do. "

In fairness to Pizza Works, the pizza arrived hot and had plenty of topping but it was nothing in particular to write home about and was pretty disappointing given the price and the wait time.

Bottom line, their customer service is atrocious and there are plenty of places nearby where the pizza is as good or better. I wouldn't waste my money here again.

Rang at 6.05pm ordered a Pizza. At 7.30 pm rang back got told it will leave in 10 mins. Ring back 20 mins later. Told I can cancel the order if I like wont leave for another 20 minutes. Lift your game Pizza Works this is not good service at all. VERY ANNOYED

If you'd like to see just how much topping can be crammed on a pizza and it holds together? Well this is some genius level stuff. Go the Super Special Party Size, and I dare you to finish it. Big food, small prices.

Come here many times and I have never had a bad experience. The cheap pizzas on a wednesday are really great and taste delicious. You can't go wrong when ordering from Pizza Works

Avoid, rude manager George had to give a refund and threatened me saying he knows my address "hell see me soon? " really over $30? Lol

Just moved to Evanston Park, tried for the first time, tasty, plenty of toppings, can't complain about speed of service and the food was piping hot and good price. Will return

Really like the pizza here. Was served by the manager, George, himself. I have never had any issues here. Staff friendly, food tastes great!: D

Just got delivered exactly what I ordered. I love my meat lovers wit a dash of garlic sauce, I have had some heavy handed people before on the sauce but tonight is, keep up the quality guys and girls, always hot and also very polite delivery attendants

Greeted by a friendly & smiling young woman as we entered the Store.
The Pizza's were great value for money! Plenty of toppings and tasty sauce.
I really enjoyed the Garlic Bread. It was soft and full of flavour.
We also tried the ribs, with BBQ sauce. They were delicious.
For 2 large pizza's the cook time was 25 minutes. Well worth the wait.
Wheelchair parking and access is also available.

Waited and hour and a half. Worst pizza I’ve ever had. We ordered the bbq chicken delux all you could taste was bbq sauce and tomato. The mushrooms were just about non existent. The chicken was there but so over powered by the sauce it was ridiculous. Will never order here again. Wasted hour and a half waiting. At least the delivery guy was apologetic about the wait.

Best pizza north of adelaide! If you're in Gawler then make sure you get some pizza from Pizza Works, you won't be disappointed!

Just ordered the delux inferno only came with ham pepperoni cheese and chilli.not what it says on the menu to top it all off I hate ham hence why I ordered the delux which is suppose to come with pepperoni and not ham.so angry what a waste.

Thought I would support local business as I'm a business owner as well and have lived in the Gawler around around 30 years. This is how my night went. Ordered over the phone at 7.30 told it would take 45-60 minutes. By 8.45 I decided to ring and was put on hold which I believe I was forgotten because after 5 minutes I was yelling hello through the phone
as I could hear back ground noises. I hung up and rang back straight away to which I explained to the girl what she did and she proceeded to ask well do I want to order then. I explained my case and wanted to speak to someone in charge but was told they were too busy and my order was in the oven and will be another 15 minutes. They also said they would reduce my bill by $6 for the trouble. Obviously they missed the point that I wasn't ringing to get money off I was ringing to find out why it was taking so long. After not been given a chance to be heard I told them not to bother, yet they still sent the delivery out at 9.15. I can only imagine the poor owner will lose business by having such poor staff.

Have loved the service and quality from these guys previously, but have given up. They no longer take online orders, and ordering over the phone means sharing a conversation with other staff, repeating yourself 3 times and then sometimes being hung up on. Tried to support a local business. Fail.

Havent had a pizza this good in a while. Ingredients are fresh and tasty, base is nice and thin and best part it is not oily. Highly recommend

For the price i payed for some wings, ribs potato and chips, the portion sizes were very disappointing. I do not think i will be ordering from here again

AWESOME PIZZA F'N 20 minutes hot on door and proper good pizza. DOMINOS SUCK, horrible.
