Pizza Hut Para Vista

Genuinely the worst pizza I had, I dunno what it was about it but I actively didn't wanna eat it, it tasted better microwaved in the morning.

The branch just not working properly and managed well. Had ordered 3 items that is not tough to note but one staff member Elemene was so confused about her responsibilities that she messed our order and charged 10 bucks extra to which had to order something more in replacement and let me remind you that it has already been ordered and charged, they come back after 15 mins to tell us that this has happened. We had asked for thin crust but got deep pan. So it is very disappointing to experience this. Won’t suggest or recommend to anyone.

If you go there during the day, order the same pizza at night was not good at all very oily totally different taste absolutely blaaa

The pizza really tasted great! Gonna go back again absolutely my favorite. Recommend it.

Wrong offer selected on mobile app called store Manager named him self "Noor" bluntly refused to help asked to pay more to change order and he was not ready to losten to anything and he hung up, called again and he refused again to discuss anything about order and hung up again. We even offered to keep delivery fees and we will come and pick up but his answer was no to everything

Just because of any system error they gives me wrong order. I have called store 2 times their store manager Noor is very rude, unresponsive, and hanged up my call twice without solving my query and service support centre is not answering the call.
Thank you for wasting my money

Went in tonight to order their 3 sides and 3 pizzas for $33.95 pick up. Was denied service and told this was only valid if ordered online. No where in the t&c's does it say this must be ordered online. Lady who served me was not helpful and refused to put it through. Had to get a friend to order this for me online as I kept getting an error message and couldn't proceed with the order. Currently waiting to see if the hassle was worth it. The pizzas better be the best I've had!

We have ordered vege sensation pizza today. I found 2 pieces of beef on two slices. Totally bad experience with this store, it was my first order from this store and totally disgusting. I gave a call to staff member, she doesn't know how to talk and she said she can't do anything. Staff need to be hygiene and I think they should check twice if they mixed up some sort of meats in the veges or not because they r not changing their gloves or might be they don't care what they are making for the customer.

Fault advertising. Declined to sale customer products they ask for even though the sign, is right infront of the counter. After a few minutes later. They decided they can only made 1 pizza med pan. I ask why only 1 when I ask to buy 3. He said we only can make 1. Certainly very rude with their replying. I m not come back again. To many pizzahut this day had taking over by this people, it not the same like it use to be back in 1991 onward to 2000 still.you can call or order infront of the counter. Make thing a lot easier with communication instead of order online

Poor customer service.specially lady work at front have very rude behaviour if you ask anything she don’t respond. Or May be she can’t speak English.

Worst pizza hut I have ever experienced, almost everytime I ordered from here there were lengthy delays/waits for delivery, and I only live a couple streets away! Twice our pizzas were under cooked and tonight after avoiding ordering from this store for some period we ordered one last time. So far my wait time is going on 1hour and 45 mins! NEVER AGAIN! Domino's is not too far and their service is A grade compared to this joke! Sad Because this store used to be a good one until the last couple years!

Pizza Hut do not allow direct feedback. We ordered our meal 2 hours ago. Staff politely told us our food was outside of our house 3 seperate times. Why would we ever bother ordering from Pizza Hut again when Dominoes delivers on time every time? As do locally owned pizza stores. Poor form Pizza Hut.

There are deals you have advertised but when you purchase the pizzas it ends up costing you an extra $5 - $10 coz you have extras added. The pizzas we got were under cooked, certainly didn't taste very nice at all. The soft drink was hot and flat. I would strongly recommend not to waste my money there again.

Terrible service. 20 mins longer than when they said the order would be ready and they still got the order wrong.

Arrived at the time stated on the online order (6.03 pm) all 3 pizzas were ready but was told I was waiting on garlic bread so I took a seat and did not leave till 6.27pm. 20 mins for a garlic bread pftt

I can finally eat pizza hut again. Avoid pizza hut Hollywood plaza. Come here they make proper pizza hut pizza.

Friendly staff offering great Customer service.
The quality of food is good and delivery is quick.
Plenty of toppings with a tasty finish.
I love the Dippers Box. This is good value for money. Cheesy Garlic Bread, spicy wings as well as 3 dipping sauces.
Most of all I really enjoy the cheesy potato bites!

Great experience, Freindly staff and offer great deals all the time, never been anywhere better then here, they even gave me a 10% discount, and the topping where very good, definetly recommend

Ordered online, hot pizzas were ready at pickup. Generous toppings. I find the default deep pan crust tasted better than the traditional crust. The traditional crust was slightly undercooked.
