Pizza Hut Para Vista

If I could give them a 1, I would. It took 2 HOURS to deliver 2 pizzas and garlic bread. When I called to ask where the hell it is at this point all I got was a “sorry we get busy” not even an Acknowledgment and before I could say anything else, the man who answered the phone just completely cut me off. I’m an understanding person, I work in fast food. This was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service was horrible.

Best pizza hut in adelaide by far. Dough is always fresh and on point, never a disappointment. Staff are always polite and ready to help.

The food was nice, but the chicken wings were advertised for $1, this Wednesday, I did an on line order, but the price didn't change to the advertised price, I also rang the store to check that the price had changed, the guy on the phone told me yes, but I was still charged the original full price, the special deals are a scam

Ordered 2 pizza garlic bread n coke took then over 1 hour n a half to make n deliver to a place 2 mins drive away.thanks for the stone cold pizza, no refund no apology no nothing.

Today i did visit in the-store, i have very bad experience, the staff is very rude my friend he did order tuesday deal, but they didn’t give and even they refused to take my own separate order. I would recommend plz don’t visit this store.

Waiting 45 minutes after order was shown as"ready to collect". Other food at home waiting. Short staffed & no indication of extra time we had to wait. This consistently happens. Food delivery people waiting as well. Won't rush back.

Discusting pizzas
Zero sauce and barely any toppings asked for meatlovers and only got 2 slices of peperoni and 3 peices of ham and no sausce customer service is of verry poor standard made conplaint to store they asked me at 8pm to bring pizzas to store so they could inspect and remake pizzas after I had emailed photos and threw them out

$80 on 3 pizzas and 3 garlic breads that were burnt

A terrible experience! I ordered a pizza and drink, the order didn't arrive, rang the store - no response. Rang their customer service line - I was accused of lying and spoken to in a condescending manner. My order never arrived and all I wanted was a replacement pizza. I have ordered many times over the years but never again.

Disgusting! Soggy potato gems (not spud bites!), a laughable excuse for cheesy bread, barely passable chicken, 10/10 will not go back! Money wasted

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this pizza joint the other day. Not only did I have to wait over an hour for my food, but the service was terrible. The staff seemed more focused on giving generic responses to their reviewers instead of actually providing good service. I have been to other franchise of this restaurant and this was by far the worst one. The food was not worth the wait. It's a shame that they don't take customer satisfaction seriously. They should try to improve their service and food quality instead of just claiming to offer the best pizzas and service every day.

I like the pizza is here it is very good. The customer service and preparation time is very good. The workers here serve u with a smile and they are very nice.

Last Nov. 17 I ordered online thru afterpay worth $57.80 after I check out I notice that the delivery date that I put is next day so I cancel it immediately and re order same items using uber eats. I call them for my refund the one that I talk said its will be refunded after a day or two but did not happen so I call and a tomorrow after 12pm or 5pm because the manager is not here. If im not mistaken i called them almost 5 times asking for the refund coz it continue to debit my card. Then one time they called me saying they already email the afterpay to process my refund. After several days of waiting I try to email afterpay asking if they already process my refund but the emailed me back telling that they cannot process it only the merchant. I even try to emailed their customer service still no answer until now. Its almost 1 month of waiting until now no clear answer and no refund. They have the poor customer service.

Worst pizza in my whole experience i ordered 7: 30 and it was delivered 9: 02 and used frozen base without asking no customer service no good dealing need more staff

Service is awful every time we order from this store. Over the past 6 months every order we have made has not been put in the oven until we have called AFTER it was already meant to be delivered. Tonight I was left on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up and called back through to follow up on where our order was. There is no apology or offer or discount/refund, recognition of the fact that the staff can clearly not handle online orders, and there has never been priority placed on orders that are overlooked. We average 45-80minute delays in delivery beyond the emailed delivery time.

Ordered a mega meatloaves without BBQ sauce tomato only and still had bbq sauce on it clearly people can't read this happens all the time

Worst pizza in my whole experience used frozenn base did ask even and i ordered they said 20-30 minutes but after 1 and half an hour they gave it to me didn’t apologise. Not even they told me about any time unless i asked taste bad i ordered 4 pizzas all go thru bin even they dont have customer experience, not enough staff. I really feel bad about this pizza hut para vista. I suggest people go another pizza for better meal. I dun wana give any star

I ordered pizza on 7: 54 pm and it was showing 1 hour time for delivery but I didn't receive in one hour and when I called to store at 9: 05 pm to know status my order then I was been told that it will take another 30 minutes to get delivered. Again I got call from para vista store at 9: 13 pm that do you still want your order. Really poor service. Not acceptable at all.

Went in tonight to order their 3 sides and 3 pizzas for $33.95 pick up. Was denied service and told this was only valid if ordered online. No where in the t&c's does it say this must be ordered online. Lady who served me was not helpful and refused to put it through. Had to get a friend to order this for me online as I kept getting an error message and couldn't proceed with the order. Currently waiting to see if the hassle was worth it. The pizzas better be the best I've had!

Thought we'd give them another go tonight to try the schnitzel pizza. Surprise surprise they were sold out. One would have thought a company this large could have predicted how in demand these were going to be and actually give stores enough stock. Guess not. (PSA: I did call other locations and they didn't have any either so this isn't a store specific comment).

The pizza’s quality is getting better and better. I ordered two pepperoni lovers on stuffed crust and I can confirm it was the most delicious pizza I’ve eaten in so long. Thank you
