Pizza Hut Munno Para

I bought pizza from here, and turned into Chuck Norris. Now I can roundhouse kick all of my problems away.

We are existing customer with pizza hut we use to order Tuesday two large pizza but today due to public holiday old offer was not available but when we ordered then no body explain about new offer because today online offer shows pickup two large pizza +2 side $24: 80 but they charged $34: 39 for pickup when I spoke with manager then he did not give me good answer very said how these management dealing with customer

Bought 3 pizzas and they all tasted the same. Cheeseburger pizza had hardly any toppings. Was pretty much only cheese and way too much bbq sauce. So much sauce we had to scrape it off. The BBQ meatlovers also had too much sauce and hardly any toppings. Super supreme was more crust than anything else. Bases were doughy. Pizzas were flavourless. Ended up throwing out 1.5 pizzas. Not the pizza hut I remember of old. Will not order from here again.

Nice cosy place, fast delivery and fresh ingredients. I will be ordering from here all the time.
Better than domino's anyday.

First order was fantastic then.
The last 3 times I've ordered in the past 3 months have been disappointing.
The pizza ordered online then takes 1hr to deliver to us only to then the last 3 deliveries the pizzas were under cooked and both garlic breads under cooked.paid $40 each time to only be disappointed with the food.
Not happy with the munno para store.
Stop rushing your food.

Great little place. Staff friendly, helpful, and always spotlessly clean when I have been there.

Every time my brother has called up here when having guests they've messed up his order. The last time they gave him 3 pizzas instead of 4, plus they weren't any he ordered. They then ignored his complaint despite pocketing an extra $13.

Absolute trash operators, and a poor representation of the franchise. The owner should be ashamed.

Tried to order online to find out wait till was 60 mins for delivery. Decided to call and arrange pickup which was 15 -20 min wait. Placed same order as started online, only to be told but some rude girl it would cost $59.95 for 3 pizzas and garlic bread. I said forget it, order online $33.95 and you trying to charge me $60.00 or the same order. Told her there pizzas weren't that good and to rip some other sucker off.

I had a really good experience, the gentleman at the front was patient when we were ordering, and very friendly, pizza was really good. I will order again from here.

Quality of the pizza is very poor as well as its size. The size of the pizza somehow feels like it's getting smaller each time we order it thinking perhaps last time it was a bad day. Also, the amount of toppings.what toppings, again each time there is less and less of it on the pizza.

Never buying from here again.

Ok but found what appears to be some steel wool? Take a look at the photo of the sauce and note the piece of steel wool right hand side of the sauce word. It's only small however how much more was there that we may have already ingested?

If I could give no stars, I would. Two hours of trying to get the right pizza (they messed up the order) and they constantly hung up on me, and when ordered to send a screenshot of what we ordered online, they claimed they never received the screenshot, and when sent again, they actually blocked our email address.
No dinner for me because I have sensory issues with certain types of crust, and they couldn't have even fixed it at all, leaving me in tears and without dinner that I paid for. It's clear they don't care about you or your food. If you're autistic and need your food how you order it, order somewhere else.

Friendly staff offering good service. Pricing is very competitive compared to other pizza stores.

Very scarce on the toppings and the pizza base had little to no sauce making it a very dry pizza, no seasoning/herbs so pretty bland too. Ordered the wings as well, there was an okay amount of sauce, but only on the top of them. I regretted spending that much money when I could have gotten better, or at least as good, from the freezer section. =

Poor service.person behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me after standing at the counter ready to place an order.he did eventually after 5 min.couldn't count and gave me wrong change.got the pizzas and there was hardly any topping on them.very disappointing experience and would not recommend.

Website was down so had to call up to order and the customer service operater was rude and hard to understand. Pizza was great though

Paid full price as no more lunch special and no bbq sauce as requested in fact no sauce at all very dissapointing

Love this store even though they made a mistake with one of our pizzas they were very understanding and credited us a new pizza always great service and great food

When I entered the Store no-one greeted me. I was left at the counter for about 2 minutes before someone else entered, and then a young girl came out to serve.
I had a specific request and it was accepted - 10 minutes to wait.
Unfortunately the order was wrong.completely!
I left without Pizza.
Very disappointed. I will not return to this Store.
