Last year you had a competition during the Cricket season to when free prizes. After ordering my meal I won a free pizza. I added it to my next order to pick up. I received a phone call and said they won't honour' my prize. When I picked up my original order. The manager inside said he couldn't afford it. To the point of going back at each other he then threatened to refund my purchase altogether and keep the pizza I ordered. I had to apologize just to receive my original order. I really hope the staff aren't manipulated to how the customers have to feel. I have taken my business elsewhere. Thank you. I also emailed the incident to no response before. I am not seeking anything further from this. I just wanted to bring this to your attention.

Ordered 3 large pizzas and 3 sides deal on 01/09/23. When we got our pizzas delivered they were late and the pizzas didn't seem to be all the same size. I called the Munno Para store and asked them what the size of their large pizzas were. I was first told 12 inches and then I was told 11 to 12 inches. I told them 2 of our pizzas weren't even 10 inches and that we weren't given the correct size. The team member talked to his manager and his manager insisted he cut the pizzas himself and they were correct. Even when I said had a picture of them with a tape measure across the pizza showing it wasn't the correct size they still said I was wrong and feel free to put a review up because I wasn't correct. Can clearly see in picture that pizza isn't even 10 inches and don't appreciate having it implied that I'm lying.
Use to receive great service and food from this store but both seem to have gone down hill since store reopened.
Partner and I would appreciate receiving our money back for the large pizzas that we ordered but didn't receive.
For future reference, even an apology instead of calling your customer a liar goes a long way to good customer service.

App no longer works. Tried the website - same deal. Then tried phoning 131166 and after initiating my order was told by the robot that they can't service my area despite my home being in close proximity of 2x stores. You need to fix this! Looks like it's Dominos Pizza tonight instead.

Decided to buy a pizza after reading a review stating that the pizza was 'big and cheesy'. However my experience was the pizza was quite small and lacked much cheese.

I've never really been disappointed with pizza hut, they've always gotten my orders right. The prices are a bit much though, especially with delivery. Also when it says closing time is 10pm it should mean you can't order after 10pm (so then they can do their after hours cleaning ect) 9: 45pm I tried to order a pizza that I could pick up and it said they were closed which is wrong. Do not have the closing time as 10pm if you're not open until then!

Ordered here for the first time, the so called large chips came in an almost empty box, the 3 pizzas had minimal topping. The chicken one had 3 bits of tiny chicken across the whole thing, I've never had such disgusting (or topping-less) pizzas before, I would avoid this place, they even changed more on a public holiday, which I don't mind.if the pizzas were actually worth the money they're charging for them. Everything was already cold when it arrived. The only thing ok from the whole order was the drink.probably coz is the only thing they didn't make. No feedback code given on confirmation email and no receipt came with my order so can't leave feedback on their official site, so this will have to do

Decent pizza. Service can be a bit slow at certain times of the day and some of their items are a bit meh. The buffalo chicken melt was kind of gross and the sauce was watery and onion insipid. The pepperoni pizza is bomb though. Also their desserts are

It would've been perfect had they not been SO TIGHT ON TOPPINGS. If you're ordering from here, do yourself a favour and ask for double toppings. I found myself taking 3 bites of pizza to try and get more toppings in my mouth.

The wings are so dry it's depressing. Not to mention the drivers are just as depressed. Made it a buzz kill to enjoy our food and our pizzas were left with minimal toppings. Disappointing. The only reason I still order is because husband likes wings and there's no good places around near us for wings otherwise we would go there.

After an hour and a half of waiting for the order I called up to be told it just left and is 5 minutes away.
After another 30 minutes I called again to be told they forgot about it and it will be there I 20 minutes. They also said they'll throw in an extra few things for the stuff up on which they did not honour.
Almost 3 hrs to receive.
By this time the kids had to go to bed a d our guests had to leave.
I won't be a pizza hut customer again

I ordered a large pizza and paid the extra fee for public holidays. My pizza arrived cold. Ingredients were poor. I then tried to contact Pizza Hut Munno para, waited a long time, called again and no one attended the phone. Waste of money. I will never order again.

This store is too important to cater to eftpos or hire locals, just buy frozen pizza everyone

I have ordered here several times with no issue but last night I ordered something different. I ordered a lasagne for my daughter and a Pasta with prawns for myself. Its now 4: 40am and my myself and daughter have been up for the last 5 hours vomiting and diarrhoea from this food. Please check you storage temperatures and use by dates as well as your work place hygiene.

Update: its now 4: 09pm new years eve. All our plans to go out and spend time with family have been ruined. I both feel so sick and gross all we've been able to do is drink hydrolyte and lay down. I have not experienced this kind of food poisoning for almost 20 years. Not happy at all.

Went into store and placed order on 31 October. Told 20 minutes wait, no problem, stayed in store due to bad weather. 40 minutes later no order, people who had placed orders after me had come and gone. Order some how lost. Asked for refund, supposedly returned to my account, now the 18 December, no refund received and no response to complaint via feedback form, Facebook message or from the supposed area manager. Will never again waste time or money on pizza huts bland tasteless food. Do yourselves a favour and support your local independent pizzeria better service, better taste and made fresh.

$58 meal, deluxe hot and spicy was hardly deluxe and was lucky to have half a pizza worth of topping, buffalo wings had hardly any sauce also, sad to see such a poorly prepared meal for such and expensive price! Seriously disappointed

Bought 4 pizzas last night, absolutely disgusting threw them all out! Who puts aoli sauce on seafood pizzas! Run by indians, I think you should focus in making curries instead, never again, be wary customers go elsewhere I say

I made a older online it didn't work I had too repeat my older 8 times as well being so so so Rube on the phone customer is always right works need too start being nice

Placed order for four pizza's and for sides for $49 delivered.the driver only delivered three then said he will bring the fourth back, so rang the store and was told they would bring a fresh pizza and free coke in 25 mins, then driver came back with other pizza 10 mins later that was cold, Won't be ordering from pizza hut again

Piece of pizza, peace to mind. Vegan & gf options, good toppings amount & good customer service.
