Pizza Hut Hollywood Plaza

Literally waited almost 2 hours and still waiting. The worst waiting time, considering it's only in the neighbourhood.
Never again will order from this pizza branch.

If you want to get your food delivered, just don’t! They have a minimum delivery time of 1 hour, which is crazy! I picked up my order and still had to wait for 10 minutes extra. Very less topping, never ordering from them again!

While there are many words I could use to describe this particular store but I’m going to say only this: “pizzahut hollywood plaza” is a bad store. No one pick up calls. And rarely if they do, they mess up order.

I haven't had Pizza Hut in 40 yrs and it will be at least 40 yrs before I try it again. My thin and crispy tasted like Leggos' tomato paste spread on one of their boxes. I battled through half a slice before throwing the whole thing in the bin. I paid $28 to have it delivered but had I bought a $3 frozen pizza from the supermarket, not only would I have saved money, but it would have been a vast improvement on taste.

Incredibly disappointing.

Haven’t had Pizza Hut in years. Thought we would try pizzas were hot, not overly full of flavour, just a bit bland. They could do with a little more sauce on the base. Our potato gems were raw we had to re cook them at home. Apart from that it was ok.

I paid full, but staff given me less food when, I opened, luckily, I was close by the shop, and they changed both box with other full meal… but they given me extra job and time wasted, I couldn’t enjoy the food much, after, just double check before pickup, thanks

Eh. We have ordered about 3 or 4 times now and it's been bad. We wait over an hour for it to be delivered (we order different days so it's not just on a 'busy' day) and the pizza arrives warm/cold. They don't cut the pizza so you have to do that yourself and the cheesy garlic has arrived with the cheese not fully melted. I also ordered online with no Chili flakes as I have an allergy and they put Chili flakes on so I couldn't eat my dinner and they said "we are to busy to come back out, call up next time we will give you a free one. " Which 1. I ended up going to bed hungry as I couldn't eat it and wasted $$ 2. I called to get the free pizza later on and got; "we have no record of this" don't think ill be going back we have tried and tried just not good enough. Not even 1 time has been good. Pizza Hutt Holywood Plaza is on the north side of this shopping complex facing Winzor St, Salisbury Downs. This store is open for lunch and evening meals. Phone orders can be made for collect or instore orders take about 10 minutes. New recipes r available. Store is clean + neat. The car park is opposite.

We ordered pizza tonight and didn't think to get change for a $100 note. Had to quickly race to the shops to grab some change to pay the driver. Just want to say sorry to the driver and a massive thank you for how professional he was. He was very patient and friendly and provided great service. Not sure of his name obviously but he was in year 12. Thanks so much dude! You're a legend and going to go far with that great attitude.

Terrible service 1.5hr wait time for delivery one suburb away, cold deliveries 2 times in a row now, can't call shop as phone is disconnected after waiting through automated robot.
Happy to take money, not happy to provide service.

Pizzas always taste great! And the staff are super friendly. Definitely the best store I've been to.

I was been this store today. I asked for two pizza in 14.95$. The boy who was working there refuse to serve me this deal. He said veggie pizza doesn't come with this deal. Surprisingly i got same pizzas from the another pizza hut. It was ridiculous. I think he was trying me to pay extra money. Disappointed

The 1 night we want to have pizza as a family, movie night. The pizza was so disgusting we could not eat it. I have never tasted anything so horrible in my life. Never again.

Waited 2 hours and 20 minutes for delivery of two Pizza's. Attempted to call the store, with no answer. Would've been faster to go out, buy the ingredients, make a wood fire oven and fly across the world.

Not happy with the quality of the food and service.
I ordered food online for asap and they waited 2 hours to make it at the end of the night.
I am not going to wait 2 hours after I order food to eat.
The Pizza was soggy, burnt and not even edible.
Waste of food and time waiting for such a horrible meal, ruined my night.
I could of ordered from dominos and it would of been delivered quicker

Best pizza place to eat as a child! My family used to buy them most of the time share at home but since then, another pizza place was opened on another side of Hollywood Plaza

Overall I prefer Pizza Hut which I say it’s always better because my father used to buy pizza for me and my brother but now when I’ve got paid per week, I start buying a triple hut and chose three best pizza toppings, Hawaiian, Pepperoni and the best one Supreme pizza to share with my family.

The Homestyle baked pasta isn’t the best like lasagna because there was too much cheese than the sauce but that’s ok, there is other pasta options that I could try when I come back

For sides garlic bread and potato spuds are good, it goes well with cheese as well

If anyone is craving for desserts they have the best options from ice cream to Hershey’s Cookies

This Pizza Hut has really stepped up it's game over the last couple of years. There seems to be some new staff that have a great attitude and really make the place and the food a joyful experience.

Change 5 star to 2 star, used to be very good pizza but now they are not putting enough toppings, going back to Dominos next week

Was great. Got all the things I needed.
I bought food.to make Lasagne and a chicken casserole and teriyaki meat balls. Some delicious seedless grapes and cucumbers.
I'm happy to say I enjoy shopping at most of the shops that Are there. Therenarensome very good choices. I got to go to six different shops. I like the banking facilities and the Post Office too.
