Pizza Hut Hollywood Plaza

Very poor, ordered a surf and tuff paid for extra prawns and didn't get them rang up to bring it to their attention and kept getting told 1 second which turned out to be several minutes each time. In short get your pizza somewhere else, anywhere else you would be more likely to get what you paid for and it would probably have flavour (I might as well have eaten cardboard it would have had more flavour), I won't go back.

Worst pizza ever burnt base its a vegetarian pizza but they didn't use clean plates.the base smells sooo bad.and when i called in store the staff didn't except there mistake and argue.said sauce is burnt.we didn't eat pizza for the first time.we know how the sauce looks like and a uncleaned leftover sauce on the pizza pan looks like which they use they use for that pizza.just make our meal and money wasted on that pizza.never order from them again.

The staff answering the phone call was super rude and said if you don’t like the pizza you can cancel the order. If there is any promo he said they cut the topping from the pizza and thats the best they can do.if store cant afford the promo deals why tell the customers there is some promo.customer service is joke.

Not enough toppings. Dominoes is still better.
I requested not to make it hot and spicy over the phone but looks like all they had was jalapeños for toppings

From dirty environment to rude staff just got off the phone to apparently the manager I only asked why don't they deliver to my suburb he turns around abusing and swearing at you mind you it was on speaker and my kids heard the whole this so I asked for his name then he threaten to harm me and my family this is why businesses need better staff

Ordered from Uber eats and didn’t Get it delivered in a sealed bag hopefully it didn’t get touched on the way to my house and didn’t even get my order right

Won’t honour the current World Cup pizza vouchers, told too bad and to take it up with corporate. Terrible service.

Pizza was excellent, I love the deep pan. Tasted fresh and had enough toppings. I'll be back again.

I always order from this place as this is the only Pizza hut near me. I ordered last week while I was away from Adelaide but this store was set as my store and the order went there instead of where I wanted to order. I tried to call the Pizza Hut Hollywood plaza so many times but they did not pick then called customer service who connected us to the store where the manager was so abusive, may be an illiterate person was talking to the customer like this. Then the complaint was filed through Pizza hut customer service but no action yet. My money was not refunded, this is the worst place where staff don't respect you. They think we are not paying for food, treat people as beggars as they giving it free.

15% surcharge good way to put business down and the quality of pizza has degraded but the cost and the customer service was the worst

Bad service, poor toppings and major issues with trying to reach the store via phone. Delivery arrived with wrong pizza’s and couldn’t make contact with the store via phone. Dominoes for me next time. Purchase your pizza from another store or rival to avoid disappointment.

After having terrible experience with dominos pizza night before. I order pizza from pizza hut this morning and the experience was night and day. Pizza was made on time. The bring it in my car. Was fresh and well baked. Will definately coming back.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have made a complaint on 28/11/2022. Have not received a response. I can see that Pizza Hut REALLY values their customers……

Took soooooo long to deliver. I waited 2-and-a-half hours for 1 pizza and garlic bread! Didn't taste the greatest either

Would be good if they answered the phone, tried to call to fix an ubereats order because they didn’t have something i ordered and the app wouldn’t allow me to update cart. I called twice and they couldn’t answer

Best pizzas ever. The staff here are so friendly! I order here all the time. The pizzas are so tasty

The pizza was the best, it was so delicious and yummy. The service was great they were super duper nice

No Communication. Charges extra for a product that was not received. Issue unresolved. Poor quality food.

Pizza Hut need to hold Uber responsible for the trash that they turn their product into when it arrives, expensive hot bottles of coke that obviously had been in the car before we ordered scuffed up bottles covered in dust. 4 pizzas trashed due to being mishandled. I shouldn’t have to contact Uber they should

I absolutely love Pizza Hut! Every time I order, service is quick and super easy. Staff are decently friendly, but the manager there is super nice and appreciates regular customers as well as new ones, going out of his way to ensure the best service. I am very happy with how the manager handles any queries that I had as well as any feedback! The food was served hot and fresh out the oven, and I am always notified of promise time for any order. Great job, Pizza Hut Hollywood plaza!
