Pine Country Caravan Park Mt Gambier

Absolutely loved it here!
Yes as other reviews have stated the cabins are a little dated but honestly it all worked was clean and comfortable that it wasn't a issue.
Its a quiet park with a family friendly vibe, the kids had a ball with the amenities there and Absolutely loved feeding the alpacas every morning.will definitely be staying again

A great family-friendly park, relaxing grounds, the communal bbq/kitchen/ eatery area is a lovely spot to cook, eat, and socialize with other travellers. There's enough to keep the children amused and having fun together, and the cabin facilities will keep you comfortable enough to relax. Our family had a great stay, I hope yours will too.highly recommended.

Fantastic park! Had great reviews and looked beautiful on the photos and the real thing did not disappoint. Amazing staff and beautifully maintained grounds. Many thanks to Nathan for helping me unhook when i arrived with my van on my first solo trip and the other gentleman (didnt catch his name sorry) for trying to help me get my indicator working the night before i left and checking my hook up was right. Couldn’t recommend enough and ill be back again very soon! I came back and then agsin and made Pine Country my home. Still stick by my review and more. Visit and see you won't be dissapointed!

We really struggled to find a single fault with Pine Country CP. It's a very well run park, great for those stopping for a single night or multiple nights.

Powered sites are drive-though and the non-powered area is positively huge. Facilities are very clean and well maintained. The "camp kitchen" is closer to a beer garden you'd find at a pub, with heaps of outside tables, umbrellas etc.

I can't recommend this place more highly.

Very friendly staff. Great park, very tidy and clean all over. Dog friendly. Big choice on all types of camping. Easy drive through sites for caravans. Very clean toilets and showers. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Great park with clean facilities and super friendly staff. You can walk to the Blue Lake from the park and the town is only a ten minute drive away. There is a reception/store on site where you can buy drinks and alcohol. You can rent a fire pit and wood which is delivered to your site. Will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful layout with well kept sites. Centrally located amenities. Can purchase firewood and a fire pit which is great at night. About 5 min drive from the centre of town. Well priced and well looked after

This campsite is great value for money and very cute! It has lovely clean and new communal areas and we loved the alpacas. Also loved the music playing in the bathrooms. Highly recommend

Close to town and walking trails plus a lake to kayak or swim or if you have some sort of powered water craft you can launch there.
Very clean and looked after there is always a person from the staff cleaning or making sure that the grounds are maintained and watered

Nice shady camp sites near the lake. Very nice spot, just be aware the water pressure means the showers are a bit unsatisfying!

Cabin wasn't cleaned after previous guests properly. Most cutlery dirty on arrival. One piece of soap for 4 days of 3 people (no shampoo etc) with only two bath towels for all and no hand towels.
No tissues, paper towels or anything.
"Complementary milk" enough for one day (instead of 4).

On the positive, the manager was apologetic and was assuring us they pride themselves on the cleanliness trying to fix the issues.

Also the park is quite nice and tidy especially.

Although the cabins are clean they are old and dingy. Only an electric hot plate to cook. Screen door had holes in and kept coming of the runner. Would not recommend for anything but staying overnight on way to somewhere else

Amazing experience! 10 out of 10! Glamping with an ensuite, couldn't be better. Definitely recommend

I booked a tent there.it was perfect, clean and well originated and the lighting outside was fantastic. Everything was in the tent, that we need for living there. I really enjoyed, I would highly recommend.

Great little place to stop, almost no reception so make sure you get the wifi password in work hours.

Really grassy, large sites with clean and modern amenities. Staff were polite and helpful and local attractions are only a short drive away. There are other parks closer to town but this one avoids much of the road noise and offers a peaceful stop to explore the region.

Easy check in after hours. Clean amenities, very well equipped camp kitchen with great seating area. Unpowered section grass immaculate. Plenty of room for the kids to run around. The whole place felt idyllic and serene.

Awesome place to spend holidays with camping, carvan or just get cabin to stay. Loius is very cooporative
