I started seeing Michelle at Physio Physique for persistent headaches and migranes. With treatment and an at home program I started to see a dramatic improvement to the recurring and severity of my headaches, she not only tackled the issues but looked at the causes and educated me on how to better manage the situation rather than turn to over the counter solutions. With her ongoing support and care I would 100% reccomend the staff at Physio Physique.

Tony from Physio Physique has helped me overcome a tight trapezius muscle restricting my neck and shoulder movement. Tony applied a range of treatments, including dry needling, cupping, and massage. He also introduced a gradual program of exercises to improve my range of motion and strengthen the surrounding muscles. The Allenby Gardens practice is very clean, bright and welcoming.

Physio Physique is by far one of the best physio clinics in Adelaide. They took time to listen to me and gave very easy to understand education about my problem. The clinic is conveniently located and has heaps of car parking. Highly recommended Physiotherapists.

I have been suffering with severe neck pain and headaches due to a neck injury I acquired last year. I had seen multiple physiotherapists, spent hundreds of dollars and had little to no results. I continued to be in debilitating pain, preventing me from working or doing even mundane daily tasks, including sleeping. I was referred to Tony Hvasanov at Physio Physique by my GP just a month ago. I was out of hope and admittedly reluctant to try another Physio. However after only one session with Tony I saw a significant reduction in pain, increased mobility and instant relief of headaches I had been suffering with for months. I cried after my first visit as I had not felt so much relief since my injury and could not believe the results after one session. I have continued seeing Tony who has provided me with immense eduction on my health, well-being, overall fitness and has truly given me a new lease on life. The physiotherapists at Physio Physique have helped me with injuries on multiple occasions. I am very active and love hiking up to Mt Lofty. The advice and exercise program I was given have completely fixed my pain. So impressed and grateful that I could keep exercising during my recovery.
