Palace Nova Prospect Cinemas reviews
60One of the best cinemas I’ve visited. Staff are friendly, great range of movies including foreign, and excellent facilities with lots of leg room and leather seats in all cinemas. Check it out if you’re ever in the area!
Palace Nova has a very ritzy and Glamours feel to the place. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with a tall, clean, polished, entrance.
Elevators and Escalators leading up to the main foyer area.
There are many Purchase Options to buy your movie tickets. From online, on tap screen or on arrival at the vendor.
They have a minor selection of hot foods available, which was a little disappointing.
The Nachos were a great substitute, no disappointing there.
Service Attendants were very friendly, well presented and professional.
Leading up to the cinemas seems like a bit of an adventure on it's own. The Theatre Rooms and the Luxury of Drinking a purchased Beer Seated can be very attractive and a highlight.
Ticket Prices are a little pricey but in my opinion, definitely worth it.
A Lovely Experience in Prospect A Thumb Up
Excellent cinemas, licensed bar & comfortable seating. Also good eateries neighbouring the complex. Keep in mind car parking can be limited at times.
AWESOME. I was visiting with My Sister who has a disability and uses a walker.
Access was easy. Companion Card Freindly! Nice wine and snacks.
Theatre was comfortable and great size.
Staff were so accommodating with the use of the lift and going out of there way to help. On you Palace Nova
The cinema is a great location and close to home. The seats are big, comfortable, stretch your legs and plenty of space to put everything. It is a up to date modern cinema.
Firstly this establishment is in dire need of refurbishment!
Upon entering this establishment i was lead to believe that it'd be a reputable place to enjoy my evening but alas this was not the case. I was fooled by the theatrics
After purchasing my tickets I approached the escalator only to find that it did not accommodate my reasonably sized rame and thus was forced to take the stairs! (I would have never bought the tickets knowing this)
Further into my dismay!
My throne might as well be made out of marble stone. The seats along with their unbearable stiffness have no ability to recline nor a foot rest to take my 236lb load off my feet. There are no cup holders to place my 3.2L soft drink and the popcorn tastes like gravel.
Moving on from the outdated decor. Everything is overpriced, I barely had enough shekles to cover myself and the kids admission let alone their juice boxes. I would have rather watched tv through my neighbours window again instead of wasting my time and money here. I will not be coming back.
I gave one star for the cleanliness,
All foyers, carpets glass, mirrors, lift surrounds need a covidclean
clean.
Easily the greatest experience of any Movie House in Adelaide. Friendly Staff, lots of Cinemas of all shapes and sizes and much lower Prices than the average Megaplex Candy Bar, this place has it all! Always a pleasurable experience and NO long lines around the block either.easily 5 STARS *****
Love the variety of movies here, although I've been spoilt by the reclining seats of other cinemas not available here
Great cinema, comfy seats, bonus for being able to have alcohol. Most times I have been there I have had a small cinema. I love it.
Nice new cinema. Lots to see - 14 screens. Big comfy seats. Good selection of food and drinks. Similar prices to other cinemas.
I was surprised that the cinema was so small! But I do like that concept, means more variety of films can be shown and frequency is higher. I appreciated the self-service kiosks right as you enter, couldn't be simpler! Standard candy bar fare and usual prices, friendly service.
Great theatre. Lots of choices available. Small theatres with comfortable seats. The movie Pavarotti was amazing.i learned so much about the man & his craft
Comfortable seating excellent choice of movies would be better if there were more OS and less US movies and festivals showed their best more times
Comfy seats. Small boutique theatres. Excellent customer care at the upstairs counter. To be able to buy a drink and take it into the theatre is particularly nice. Appreciste clean toilets and staff cleaning up tables and carpet areas to maintain clean look. Its so important and always appreciated. Presentation is EVERYTHING!
Cinema 6 for a special group viewing was excellent! Seats were luxurious and the theatre was well cleaned. As part of our treat we were given a sensible - sized popcorn and a choice of bottled drink. The only thing missing was a straw for the drink, but the whole experience was most enjoyable.
A very decent cinema with luxury environment and decor. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Movie theater is well equipped with fantastic audio system and comfortable seat. Only downside is that no big screen available and no discount days like the Eastend cinema. Easy parking, very suitable for family event and small group gathering. BTW, their coffee is surprisingly good, better than the average of a cafe.
Great atmosphere. Wide and comfy seats you can lounge in and a wide range of food drinks and alcohol as well. And popcorn of course.
Our favourite Adelaide cinema. We love everything about it, the ambience, small cinemas with huge and comfortable sits, great bar, yummy snacks.
Really cozy/intimate and clean cinemas, friendly staff, great location for dinner and a movie! Though a bit pricy, you get what you pay for.
