I have been attending regular appointments at pain med SA at Marion clinic - Port Road clinic and now the Greenhill Road clinic for a the number of years following a MVA i was badly injured in 2011.
I have always been treated with the respect dignity and above all they have always been absolutely honest! No sugar coating as to what needs to be dealt with and how to do it!
I see dr green and nurse bec who again are great professionals and people. Highly recommended cheers Mike king

My first appointment at PainMedSA was in Feb. I found the reception staff not very welcoming. During my wait to see Dr Vo I approached the reception desk to ask a question and the girl who was sitting in front of me on the computer ignored me for some time, I ended up walking away. I have tried to contact PainMedSA on 3 occasions during last week to cancel my appointment leaving a message on try number 3. I rung again this morning and left another message saying I wish to cancel (appt tomorrow) and please call me back to verify they had received my message. I too, as others have mentioned, found the front desk employees unwelcoming, discourteous and projecting an attitude of 'I couldn't care less'. I wonder like Ima's review (2 weeks ago) there's a number of 5 star reviews after my negative review. I have not received a call back and I am not going to call yet again. Why bother to have an answering service if they don't check it.

Referred by my GP. Dr Katie Rogers was thorough and impressed me with her dynamic approach. Went through everything including options for treatment and potential future actions.

Every thing went smoothly, staff were efficient and friendly, Doctor had good information regarding my pain.

Dr Matthew Green, Rebekah Richards, Pippa and Boston staff are exceptional. I’m still on my journey to getting my pain under control but not once have they given up on me. Highly recommend.

Staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable. Practice nurses make you feel very at ease. Are available when you have any queries.

The team at Pain Med SA were fantastic.
They were able to clarify and explain my pain source and structure a plan for me to achieve good rehabilitation.
After getting xrays, visiting doctors, physios, & various specialists, they were able to make sense of it all to me.

Excellent surgery. Welcoming reception staff. Doctors that listen and explain everything thoroughly. Easily accessible. Definitely recommend for pain management.

I must say that for my initial visit with the folk at PainMedSA, I found the staff and physicians to be caring, courteous and sympathetic regarding my particular circumstances. The front of office staff were pleasant and helpful regards completion of their required paperwork and the physicians were very thorough with their interview in relation to getting to the route cause of my condition, and were happy to work through all my treatment options. Thanks guys for a pleasant experience.

Great all round support from all. Reception. Doctor. Phycologist. For a team under the pump all the time they come highly recommended.

Dr Matthew Green is an amazing specialist however is severely let down by his support staff. I have never been able to get through to the front desk nor have they responded to a message. Emails also go unanswered - unfortunately the only option is to go into the clinic and talk in person.

Dr. Green very competent specialist, however, support staff let the practice down. Do not expect to get to talk to staff about accounts or information required. You will call and leave messages that they will not return. They encourage you to email but ignore these as well.

Brilliant! My husband was a pain to live with until Matthew sorted his pain out. He was compassionate and listened to what the problem was. Very nice bloke and cannot fault his manner. Certainly made hubbys life bearable and back pain all under control. Would recommend him to anyone who struggles with chronic pain. And I am not being paid to say this either.just very grateful for what he has done.
