Look else where unless you want to be left hanging. They don't answer phones, don't return messages left. Extremely poor communication. Wouldn't help when left without medication (Not the first time but certainly the last) After looking elsewhere I have the most helpful pain dr and scripts on there way.
Edit: you may not be an urgent care but you have a duty of care which is very lacking. Its no wonder chronic pain suffers take their own lives with the lack of support from clinics like yours!

I'm on a Disability Pension and need multi level spin reconstruction and I was meant to see Dr. Matthew Green but got stuck with seeing the worst Dr I've ever seen, Dr. Taras Hembram!

I went for one appointment at this clinic nearly 2 years ago and saw Dr Katie Rogers who was fantastic which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. Unfortunately the reception staff seem incapable of answering the phone on an almost perpetual basis. After my doctors office and I trying unsuccessfully for months to make an appointment with them because they didn't answer their phone and didn't return voicemails, I tried again today after receiving a text prompt and actually got someone. I was going to make an appointment but ultimately decided against it. If I had to cancel the appointment, how was I supposed to do that if they didn't answer the phone? How would I book further appointments? If it takes this long to actually hear a voice on the other end of the phone, after 5 months of phone calls and voice messages from myself and my doctors office, I have no confidence I ever will again. I mentioned this and the receptionist said they were just getting to voicemails from Friday.how long will it take you to get to the ones from january?

A very long consult just to be told to see the in house physio, as though I am not actively already participating in physio. Save yourself the time and money, nothing a GP couldn't tell you.

Dr Matthew Green was rushed wrong and has misdiagnosed me based on all over body pain when my pain is SPINAL.
I spent longer in the waiting room than the barely 5 minutes he took to throw a label at me.
Go to some one who has time for you.

I have been coming to see Dr Green for 2 years and have had a few procedures in that time. I have recently had Peripheral Nerve Stimulation which has reduced my pain significantly. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Green as my pain specialist as my pain is quite manageable now. Staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Dr Green without hesitation.

After initially having the same problem as others re phone calls and emails I have just gone through a medical procedure with dr green and all I can now say is that dr green is excellent and the staff are trying extremely hard to resolve these problems. They have been very good with pre and post op communication so all I can say is be patient as they are trying very hard to improve.

I agree completely with the negative reviews. In my direct experience, they do not pick up phones and do NOT return email messages. You would have to wonder then how they pick up new business along the way. I had somehow managed to make an appointment for Green some time back but no response to numerous later phone calls and emails when I wanted to cancel. Finally had to gone in personally, reception apologised and said they were recruiting new staff. Sure they are, I notice on their website front page Painmed has posted an apology for this most basic lack of service and that it is installing a better system and internet to solve the issue. Problem is that this fluff was posted in December 2021. Yes, well over a year ago, December 2021. Self-evidently they do not care and their atttitude is downright insulting. Plenty of others plugging the same service, suggest take your business elsewhere.

Was referred this year in January. Have tired to call & leave messages several times a week, but no one ever answers or returns calls. Saw they were having phone problems in December 2021, but surely this issue would be fixed by now? If not, can’t see why they wouldn’t get a temporary phone or something? Hard to trust this clinic when they’ve practically been ignoring their patients for months on end.

Waste of time - assessment and diagnosis- no follow through or treatment plan. Still in chronic pain. No response to phone calls or emails.

Not only does PainMedSA never answer the phone, respond to emails, or return phonecalls.the front desk staff are extremely abrasive. Given that your clientele are people who are suffering through chronic pain conditions, you would expect that some compassion or kindness would be shown.

As well as this, they do not follow up correspondence from other professionals, deny they received it, and do not liaise with them despite stating they will call them numerous times.

Ironically, dealing with PainMedSA is actually more painful that my chronic pain condition.

Absolutely horsesh! T.
I have a claim for an MVA which they won't accept for payment? Even my lawyer said this is extremely unusual as every other company accepts claim #s for invoices. Useless. And the rude admin lady sounds like a bloody 10 year old with an attitude problem

Numerous times my care-plan reflected information that was not discussed or reflected the opposite of what I had reported. Twice I did not receive a phone call for a telehealth appointment, but they did call randomly other times and seem to have charged me via Medicare. My GP and I have been trying to clarify some information and have had no response for over a month despite leaving many phone messages and emails and dropping into the front desk. Very unreliable and very poor communication.
