OTR Bordertown

Very disappointed in the staled spinach and cheese roll which had obviously been in the heater all day bf I got to it. Followed by the staled Crispy creme donut and the fruit salad that tasted like water.
The only thing that was acceptable was the toilet that was clean.

Everytime visiting the toilets are dirty, the store is always missing items, floors mostly dirty, customer service average, exterior dirty and unorganised. Probably our worst otr in the whole of Australia we try to skip if we can.

Offers way to much variety for the staff to support, waited a while to order, coffee order was wrong and initially given the wrong doughnut.

Good options for food. You could purchase from OTR cold food such as sandwiches and warm food like toasts, pies etc. We had Subway and it was good.ingredients were fresh. Coffee was decent. Toilets were clean.

Brilliant idea to have a playground for kids to explore and let out some pent up energy.

Only gripe was the tables and chairs were dirty. It was a good thing I had wipes to wipe down. Besides that, overall a decent stop.

Terrible staff and experience. Save your money and take your business to literally any other service station

Just a shout out the the staff member working the Subway tonight! They were working solo and it was super busy, but they still gave 100% service, also great sandwich! Doing great

If you can’t hold it for half hour to wait for toilet then you better not, better for food

Worst place to stop, dirty restrooms, floors need a good clean, service staff seem to think that it is ok to keep customers waiting for their food.waited 25 mins for a cold substandard chicken burger, asking how long before it was ready was probably a mistake as it was sat on the bench going cold.the person cooking the meal was probably the most unhygienic cook I have ever seen, touching his hair and face and then continuing to prepare meals without washing hand or changing
the gloves he was wearing.will never stop there again.

Have taken the time to login and write this review. Nothing short of Yuk! Filthy toilets, untidy staff, dirty tables and chairs so you couldn’t sit and enjoy a break. For such a new building the place is a bloody disgrace. Was better when it was the old BP and that wasn’t so flash.

They are lucky to get ONE star they deserve a minus pathetic service FLIES crawling over the food won't ever stop there again

Has all the facilites youvwould expect. Good access, parking along with fuel water air etc. Inside, again has all the facilities, fast food and general store. BUT.poorly run and filthy. One has to wonder why someone would spend millions on setting up a great facility and let it go to this extent.

This place is filthy.

10pm Saturday. Coffee was good. Bathrooms were clean (unusual for an OTR). Staff were tired but super friendly.

What should have been a 5min stop turned into a 25min stop due to only 2 staff - should have known - typical OTR!
PS avoid the “breakfast wrap”.

Ordered some hot chips at 9: 30am on Boxing Day. Made fresh, crispy and hot. Staff were really friendly too

The customer service here was extremely poor. The staff member working this morning was rude and abrupt. No smile, no greeting and no customer service skills what so ever. The coffee she made me was weak and just tasted like hot milk. The hashbrowns she served us had clearly been in the bain-marie way too long as they were soft & mushy. The toasted sandwich was still cold and cheese not melted. When I asked her for fresh hashbrowns and showed her the ones she gave us she was clearly not happy. Overall, this was a very poor experience. I cannot comment one positive thing about her service and think management need to give her extra training, as I have had better experiences there in the past with any other staff.

(Zero stars) No hot food after 8pm, since the only place open in town for food after 8pm you think they will make some, don't worry I know there's hot pies that are left over from daytime, OTR what a NEKCUF Joke you NEKCUF KCOC SREKCUS!

Bathrooms in an appalling state - I doubt they have EVER been cleaned, bins overflowing, everything was stale (eg.our drinks were flat), rude and impatient staff at subway.

If the girl making the coffees, stopped shouting across the place, concentrated more on her job, than having a "buzz" time at work, maybe the 12 customers standing inline would get served quicker.

Its Easter people, maybe more staff are needed, or just staff that worked.

Mainly based towards subway and the red headed girl behind this counter too busy walking back and forth playing with the register, didn't serve once, poor performance
