OROMAX CLINIC & DAY SURGERY

Really disappointed with service. Running 5minutes late and they cancel an appointment that took 4months to get into. Rang to let them know I was almost there and was told I needed to rebook! Not flexible, especially when it takes 45-60mins to drive there and I was out the front.

Incredibly and unjustifiably expensive.i. E. $850 for a "day surgery hospital admission" PLUS $450 for oral surgeon that involved 10 minutes in a regular dentist chair, two injections and the tooth extracted. I now understand why their reception area is so opulent!

I would strongly recommend that you 'shop around' for a better deal!

I don't do dental very often, but when it came to it, Oromax was probably the best choice to have been given. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, the process was simple, explained well and very short. I have had absolutely no pain and Dr. Jaunay was fantastic at explaining what needed to be. The admin staff here are very, very good at their job and answering as many questions as you may have! I would definitely use Oromax again in future for major dental work.

My experience with Oromax and Dr. Carter was extremely positive. I felt well-informed and listened to throughout the process. Got all four wisdom teeth removed. Everyone was extremely friendly, I got to speak to the surgeons before hand, overall a very comfortable experience. A couple days after surgery I barely feel any pain at all and I have experienced hardly any swelling so they must have done a good job.

Hi I had recent surgery at Oromax. Their care before, during and after surgery was the best I have experienced and I highly recommend them. I have had major dental surgery done in the past where pain lasted a day or two which was like a bear with a sore head and had to take heaps of pain killer medication.
Oromax did this major surgery in such a way with pain management was A1, I experienced no pain during or after surgery at all and recovery was quick and although I had pain medication given did not need it because of their technique methods and skills used help me recover quick.
I highly recommend Oromax after this experience.

Had Miles Doddridge pull out two teeth at the old Hutt St location some time ago. Sat in a the chair, anesthetist put needle into hand, woke up in recovery. That simple. Easy as!

Just had Miles put in two screws for implants in the new Kent Town premises. Exceptional experience from all staff and medicos and pain free recovery. Highly recommended.

The team here were amazing. I had all four wisdom teeth out and from consultation right though to surgery, every member of the team were fantastic, helpful and friendly. As someone who had never had surgery before and is scared of dentists, the team was reassuring and supportive through my whole journey. I recently had my third procedure at Oromax. Everyone is friendly yet professional. The standard of care is excellent and the surgeons outstanding. The costs are reasonable and Oromax appears to minimise costs for their patients as much as is reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Oromax to anyone needing dental surgery.

From referral visit to surgeon, admin ladies, surgery itself and after care, I would highly recommend Oromax Clinic & Day Surgery. The admin staff take particular care to ensure, out of town patients are looked after with appointment and surgery times. My surgeon was friendly and approachable, taking the time to explain each step and answering any questions I had. The surgery itself went extremely well, with the help of a very professional anesthetist. Surgery was over before I knew it. I had a painless post surgery experience, simply sleeping off the effects of the anesthetics. On arriving home, I was contacted by a staff member to check that everything was OK. The staff at Oromax were both friendly and professional. I was very nervous heading into surgery, but both the surgeon and anaesthetist explained things well and helped me calm down. The procedure went smoothly, and I was given detailed instructions for my recovery. Thank you very much, I’m feeling much better now my sore wisdom tooth is gone.

Everyone was so lovely every step of the way getting my wisdom teeth out, especially the anaesthetist who made the experience less scary!

After visiting Oramax for day surgery I was more than impressed with all staff. Everything explained in detail from prep.for procedure, procedure aftercare, billing etc. Follow up phone call the next day was very reassuring and informative of after care. Highly recommend for your oral needs.

Everything was explained clearly before my oral surgery, and the wisdom tooth decoronation is healing up quite well. Overall, Dr Jaunay's team and the anaethetist, Dr Shurgott, did an excellent job; I'm very pleased with the results of the procedure.

I was trying to avoid my arm surgery so when I saw my arm surgeon in the corner of my eye when they put the anesthetic into me and I couldn't move I was terrified. My hobby is going to clinics to get minor surgery for non issues but my Arm surgeon caught onto the fact I did this and ambushed me and lobotomized me in the dentists office so now I drink my pepsi max through a tube

Very competent surgeon, anaesthetist, nurses and office staff. Everything was fully explained to me, pros and cons. Happy to return if I ever need anything else done.
