OROMAX CLINIC & DAY SURGERY

I had a very positive experience having a tooth removed by Dr Carter at this practice. From the office staff to Dr Carter and his staff, all have been professional, friendly, and efficient. I was made aware of all costs, no nasty surprises. Parking on site.

Poor effort from the administration staff who represent OroMax. Left my number to get a call back, took about month until I heard something! When they finally called, it was only for one ring and then they didn’t even leave a voicemail. Do you even want customers OroMax? !

I arrived with my daughter for an evaluation appointment because she needs to get removed two teeth for her bracelets treatment. As we arrived the three ladies at reception were absolutely kind (we didn’t want to come in because we didn’t have a mask). From far they insisted and gave us each a mask. Unfortunately, once we were called, we were waiting for Dr. Collum, as he entered the room he asked my wife, daughter and me for our names. When I had my turn I said ‘Diego’, he replied ‘Vielo? ’, again I said ‘Diego’, he said ‘Dielo? ’. My wife interrupted and spelled it, to what he said ‘with the mask on you I can’t hear you properly’. And from that moment, he turned his back on me and only looked and addressed my wife during the conversation. I understand he may have felt uncomfortable because he was not able to say my name (it happens to me all the time), but he’s attitude was very arrogant as if it was my fault he did not get my name correctly. I expect for a person with the caliber of his profile a much more considerate approach. I don’t even expect medical professionals to ask my name but to treat patients with courtesy. A very disappointing experience and although I have heard professionals there are very good, we’re not having our daughter’s treatment happening there, since we consider the human factor a priority.

Oromax is a 5 star service from start to finish. All staff are professional, caring and friendly. Dr Glen Carter did an exceptional job removing my wisdom teeth. I have experienced a smooth recovery with minimal pain and no swelling. I would highly recommend Oromax and Dr Carter.

I'm one of those nervous patients, so was feeling super anxious about my surgery, but with the care that Dr Carter showed, my fears were minimal, which helped make the experience manageable.
Everything was explained by both Dr Carter and Dr Taylor (anaesthetist) on the day and even though there were tears on my side, they did not make me feel silly about my fears so I knew I was in good hands! The surgery went well and recovery was minimal with no pain killers!
Definitely recommend the team at Oromax, they are dedicated, professional, friendly and most of all, they are compassionate! Thank you 

On the 3rd.of August I had day surgery to remove a broken tooth.
The surgery was performed by Dr. Justin Collum.
The AnesthesioIogist was Dr. Ivan Ward.
I was extremely impressed with everything on the day. The staff made me feel very calm and relaxed and explained every procedure I had to have. All of the staff at Oromax were fantastic.
The following day I received a call back to check if I was O. K.

Had three wisdom teeth removed by Dr Glen Carter and couldn't be happier with the experience. Throughout the whole process I was given detailed information and any concerns I had were put at ease. I was expecting the worst after the surgery, but I had minimal swelling, barely any pain and they all healed perfectly, absolutely no issues at all. PS the staff at Calvery were also fantastic

If you are a nervous patient, you can not go wrong with Dr Carter. He was incredibly empathetic to how I was feeling and made the whole experience bearable. He explained everything and never made me feel silly about my fears. All interactions with his staff were exactly the same and they were a pleasure to deal with - so caring!

The team here are amazing! I had Dr Glen Carter who took 4 of my wisdom teeth out and it couldn't have gone any better! His confidence and bubbly personality made the whole process so comfortable!
