Amazing presentation of food and a good night out.
We came here for a family night and ordered a variety of food. The service was friendly and well paced. A stand-out was the food presentation, which was perfectly complimented by the taste

The place look nice, car park was full, we expected the food must be good, but the foods was NO TASTE at all! We came for family dinner but the foods very very no taste. And we requested to make it spicy, not spicy at all & no taste at all.

Put a phone order in at 9 went and picked it up at 920, restaurant was almost closing, my food was fresh and delicious! Great service and excellent quality food considering I was that annoying customer coming in last minute. Thank you!

Mmm…… what can I say!
Ordered the banquet asked if we could change the beef cheeks to chilli beef. Chilli beef was a cheaper dish on the menu, but they charged us all an extra $3.00 each to do so. Our total bin was nearly $400.00 but they also charged us for prawn crackers (most places they are complimentary). Then to top it off charged us for take away containers. The food was nice.

This is the most longest waiting time in my life, 2 hours waiting for the delivery and what I get?

Curries is MSG+water& green curry pasty, terrible

Slow cook pork belly is excellent only cut the fat and the rest still is a A6 size paper pork meat.

Pad Thai is the worst in the world.

I went to much Thai or Asian cruise’s restaurant in Australia, as Gordon Ramsey said this is top ten terrible Thai restaurants in the world

P. S terrible customer service. Prepare the food around 1 and half hour and told me is the problem of Uber eat. Terrible staffs

Food was absolutely amazing, staff were brilliant and swift service! Only 4 stars because there is no split billing.

Very tasty Thai food and a lovely laid out restaurant.

The waiter is friendly with a good sense of humour.

Keypoints to take on board when running a business
*make sure your staff understand the stuff up made on your end is clearly your fault NOT the customer. (especially when SAID customer has email proof of YOUR stuff up)
*make sure your staff can read online orders. Make sure they can read fullstop!
*make sure your staff oozes customer service skills when faced with customers, if not they are best to stay in the back, washing dishes.
*word of mouth can make or break a business. You are encouraged to make sure customers are satisfied with your serivce and don't have to resort to bad reviews to get their point across!

One of the very best restorant making super tasty autentic food in the area. Easy to approach and enough parking spot next to the building. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The serving is also excellent! The interior is creative and in harmony with the style they present. Clean and hygienic inside. They take orders via phone or you can be seated or take away. Always returning. Excellent experience!

Had the satay beef and the cashew chicken - both absolutely to die for! Great flavours, good ambience and friendly staff.

Over priced, stains all over window covering, average food kwix stix 10 times better and half the price.

Lovely Thai place that is a little expensive for what you get but for the most part the food is good and the atmosphere is lovely.

Disgusting customer service, hopeless attitudes.its a shame to see their uncontrolled emotions. To bad not a good example for their team.

*Ordered on Ubereats* The Tom yum soup was a disappointment, the soup lacked zing and it only contained mushroom and chicken, no other vegetables or anything. The Chinese fried rice was fine and the honey chicken was decent, but I won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was delicious! Service was good. My only complaint was that I could not get a child sized meal for the 7yo. They did remove the vegetables and provide a take away container for the leftovers.

Came here to celebrate a joint milestone birthday. We have been regular customers for over 10 years now, and with this in mind were disappointed by the service we recently received. The waiter actively avoided us, particularly when we had an issue with one of the meals. It was very difficult to get the attention of wait staff, which meant our we were busy trying to waive someone down rather than enjoy our dining experience. The salt and pepper tofu had an odd aftertaste, almost as though the tofu or the oil it was cooked in had gone rancid. Although the tofu was refunded, the staff were unapologetic and because it took us so long to call someone over, we had finished the rest of the food and it was too late to replace the meal. The whole experience left a sour taste in our mouth and it was not how we expected to share such an important milestone.

Food was OK but woeful service. Probably not enough staff on the floor Very disjointed. Staff were just going through the motions, they need to interact more with the customers. Long wait times from beverage order until delivery to table, and then it was incorrect. With about 35/40 people in for dinner the restaurant is very noisy.
