45I've been a opsm customer for a couple years and today I booked an appointment because one of my contacts fell out of my eye at work and I mentioned it over the phone to a member of staff named Michelle at the Marion branch and instead of seeing me at my scheduled appointment she came to my work (I work in the centre) and brought me a replacement contact lens so I wouldn't feel uncomfortable until my appointment! Michelle really went above and beyond and I am so appreciative and happy with her service and will continue to be a customer of OPSM:)
Friendly helpful staff and outstanding service from Gemma the optometrist. She went out of her way to contact other specialists and co -ordinate appointment times to ensure my eye health. Amazing follow up to make sure days later that all was OK. A great customer experience Thank You.
The lady was coughing and sneezing and touching the lenses without even any consideration of cleaning her hands or even apologizing. Generally the OPSM at Marion is going down with its quality and customer services.its sad.
The staff were extremely helpful when I was choosing my glasses and the service didn't stop there. A friend of mine was having difficulties keeping here glasses clear of smear marks. The advice I got from one staff member was simple and works amazingly well. I am one very happy and satisfied customer (and so is my friend). Thank you OPSM Marion.
