Great service at the Marion OPSM store. Love the fact that eye tests and checks are so much quicker and reliable now with state of the art equipment. Assistants were very patient as I selected the frames annd the lenses and took the time to go through all my options. I’ve used Specsavers in the past and OPSM are far better! Would highly recommend.

I visited this place on 16/10/23. The service was outstanding! I was so impressed with dedication of the staff (I don’t know the name of the lady) to find me the right frame. She eventually recalled the old model in the shape I wanted and found it in a different store. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

The staff were welcoming every time I returned with problems with my glasses. The problem was eventually solved with a great degree of time, care and assistance. First class service.

Had the best eye exam experience with all staff included at OPSM Westfield Marion. Service was excellent and great range of eyewear to choose from, especially Rayban eyewear.

The team at OPSM were awesome! They were super helpful from first phone contact to final fit and pick up of glasses. They were friendly, personable and really easy to deal with.

Absolutely stoked with the service I receive from OPSM Marion. The staff are friendly, super helpful, knowledgeable, always seem to know what I like and need and manage to find glasses to fit into my budget.

Very professional and complete service for my eye check, all my questions were answered in a clear way, would definitely recommend it and return in the future

The staff out the front were very welcoming and helpful. The optometrist Rebecca was extremely professional and thorough. All over great experience.

All of the staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. I also appreciated their large variety of frames and was able to find a pair that really suit me.

I was served by a male and was told later he was the manager. This guy had obviously just smoked a cigarette and absolutely stunk! Additionally, considering the staff get within your personal space, I would've thought it prudent that they wear face masks - we're still in a pandemic people, my wife is immunocompromised and catching covid via me could be serious!

I found all the staff I interacted with to be both friendly and professional. The optician was excellent and explained every step of the eye examination and glasses prescription process in easy to understand language. The glasses frame from last years prescription had become damaged and this was repaired at no cost. I would recommend this store to anyone needing an eye examination or glasses.

Staff members are not giving any consideration to the customers. We late for 10 minutes for today appointment due to traffic block and they simply reject the appointment even we already told them we come from Far away. I won’t recommend them because they are not helpful even if I am an exciting customer.
Bad experience today morning

You are more expensive but the customer service is worth it.

And you don't require masks for your customers which is a relief.now you just need to remove that requirement your employees because not only is it lovely to see smiling faces again, but mask wearing is not a sustainable option

Michelle McGartland has been my Optometrist at OPSM since 2019 and she’s extraordinary in her assessment, guidance and counselling. I am extremely happy and satisfied with her support and the experience provided by OPSM.
