Oporto Peterhead Drive Thru

They manage to make drive through difficult, ordering via their speakerbox is painful. Then collecting your order takes forever. I've honestly waited 15-20 minutes. Then you're lucky if you get the correct order.

The food was really nice, the chicken tenderloins were well cooked and very tasty. The burger was well done too. I was so full by the end of my meal.
The staff was very helpful and happy, makes all the difference when going to places.

The food was prepared quick but I dont know if it was the time of day. The chicken was flavoursome and moist, but the only down fall was the guy who served me. His had a very strong Indian accent and with the mask on it was difficult for me to understand him but other than that he was polite

Too much for the food value is 3 out of five love the food service great just price is the only thing that would stop me from buying again any time soon

Didn't know about how much and when I said I also wanted the drive through wash I was given $20 worth of change so after I vaccumed car I then went to drive through which needed a code so again I had to go back and pay for the code

Waiting 20 minutes in drive through.it's always like this.
I dont know if managers even check on this.been like this for months

Food is yummy but waiting time is too long through the drive through especially during lunch time. Please put another staff member on. 2 young lads by themselves in a busy period is not enough.

Have spent 30Mins + sitting in drive thru with only 2 cars in front of me absolutely ridiculous

So very close to a 5 it can be a bit of a wait but that’s not really an issue when the food is coming out fresh and delicious like it is, I think all the staff there do a really good job the place always seems spotless

We have been coming to the drive through weekly for 3 years and the service has been good and mostly the food is good.
However over the past month we have had to wait 25 minutes or more which is not acceptable and the food quality is inconsistent.

It's a fine art to burn your burgers so badly and somehow manage to not set the splinker system off.

Waited for ages only to find out when I got home they didn't give me the burger I ordered. Wouldn't recommend

A ridiculous wait time well over 5 minutes in the drive through so we chose to just leave. What a shame. A great set up and food on the go offered for locals and travellers passing through yet the time taken for food to be prepared and sold to customers is a huge let down and will turn many customers away.

Food is ok. Most menu items Cooked at time of order so can take awhile. I've been stuck in the drive thru for 20+ mins a few times.
Service is usually good with friendly staff.

I ordered pull chicken and they gave me old chicken which was hard and i cant even chew it. They need give costumers fresh food

The blonde working on 30/07/2020 should learn how to behave with customers, poor customer skills.

First time i went there was last week i waited 8mins in drive thru to get my food my burger was cold as.i went back the next week thinking that it was only that day but the same thing happened waited in drive thru for ages burger was cold again and one of my patties was tiny as but atleast the chips was hot this time.never going back! I hate paper straws aswell!

Honestly if the food wasn't so good I'd give it a 1. The staff are absolutely useless and dont even know the menu. After receiving the wrong food in the drive thru I walked into the store and spoke to the manager asking for my correct food. I then had to explain the difference between a chicken salad and a chicken bowl and tell them I wanted the bowl not the salad. After they read the menu they made the bowl whilst looking at the customer menu. The food was good but the wait wasn't worth it.

Dont buy food here after 12pm. Food tastes soft like it was cooked hours ago but still takes 10minutes or more to get it!

Super slow service.personally I'm not a fan of the taste of the food either.staff always polite.
