Worst chips i have ever tried, pathetic flavour of cheese, chilli chips, there was No cheese in cheese chilli chips.

The staff is stupid. (4 pm date 2 nov 23) Asked about which sauce i want i said "just chilli sauce on my loaded fries" and she did not put chesse on it. When i asked her about chesse is
Missing, she said "you did not said you want chesse, you said chilli sauce ". How stupid staff is that she doesn't know the loaded fries comes with chesse always, only sauce customer need to choose.

Tried to order and was told no flavour/basting could be added to my chicken as its ½ hour b4 closing and the grills are of (wish I knew how infompident these idiots we're b4 driving there. 3/11/23

Ordered the qtr chicken, chips, pita, with one side and dipping sauce for $12.75 as shown on the picture board. Get home, no chips, call the Oporto store and told that chips are considered a side! Maybe change your picture as it is very misleading, will not buy from there again. Also no indication of which chicken meal was which as one of us ordered the spicy chicken, when calling them about this in the phone call, the response was, is one darker colour than the other? Must be the only fast food that hasn’t got time to write which is which and who also doesn’t ask if you want chips!

Very disappointing experience at this store. The chubby indian lady who were no customer service experience, no smile, no greeting, it seems like she is just forcefully took my order even ignoring my order notes, not got my proper food.

Worst oporto ever. Food a sloppy mess. Nothing worse that a soggy sloppy burger. Gross. Waited forever and they still buggered the order.

Yuck. Two long as hairs in my Bowl. I was so grossed out. And then I called and the lady reckons she don’t make these anymore, and so I merged a call with the Uber driver and she felt stupid. Laughed when I said I’d bring down the bowl to show her. I mean, why work with food if you can’t safely prepare it. Dumb Hindi

Half hour wait in drive thru in 35oC heat (incapacitated-walk in not optional-monthly treat meal) to receive INCORRECT meal order and tepid awful tasting food. WORST service delivery ever. Do not use this site. Previous sporadic attendances resulted in same. Manager contacted and assumed was cleaning staff as unacceptable incoherent flippant attitude to complaint. VERY POOR never frequent this site!

Had food from here a couple times and both have been disgusting! The chips are lousy and never have any seasoning! Will not be returning. The last time I put a complaint into the supervisor about missing items and was told the manager will call me next day… well that never happened!
Don’t waste your time or money, worth a drive to bolivar, At least they cook food properly

Rip off and over priced once I broke the language barrier to understand Indian. These people should undertake English lessons to work in this country.

I have been here a couple of times and it has always been great - friendly, if not a little slow, food was great. This afternoon's service was anything but. Soooo slow and the girl did not repeat my order back and just automatically assumed I wanted a large meal as I realised while I was paying. Oh well, I thought. While eating some chips on the way home
I was so disappointed. They were so bland and hardly had any salt and not the usual taste. When I got home after dealing with peak hour traffic I just wanted to enjoy the delicious Bondi burger. Upon opening I was disappointed once more. I specifically asked for NO chilli but it was like I had asked for extra chilli. Unfortunately I had driven 20 minutes home so there was no going back. I tried to scrape and pick off as much chilli as possible but I really only ate about 20% of that meal. Definitely depends on the staff working as to how accurate you'll get your meal!

Changing my 5 star to 1, if someone orders a ¼ wing piece box and they wait over 10 minutes being the only person in the drive through. Paid got home and it's a dismal drumstick, didn't realise I had to stay put while I checked what I ordered was right. Waste of money.

Sorry to say but the food we bought as take away was really bad. Worst were the spicy Chicken Bolas which turned out to be stale, a shade less than warm and anything but spicy. The chips also tasted like two days old, soggy and cold. The Bondi Burgers had minimal meat and hardly any chilli sauce. Where’s the quality control in these places? Never going back again.

Good service but food was very poor.

Chips soggy, Bondi 6 chicken was very dry and chewy, minimal chilli sauce. Added quarter chicken and asked for hot sauce but chicken had none on it and was Luke warm.

Also, swapped softdrink for water and the bottles are quite small now from before.

Change of management?

I ordered chicken salad, the lettuce looked brown and old and the salad had no taste was very disappointed. We also ordered a chicken wrap which was soggy. Chips were nice. Won’t be back again based on my sad salad experience: (

It was just ok and then only because I was hungry and outta time. The wrap was ok, chicken to bread ratio was same which is kinda strange. Blew half my break waiting for it. The girl serving was slight in stature and polite enough but was wearing the biggest dirtiest high vis all weather I had ever seen! Little off putting when in the kitchen and handling food. It was in fact my first ever aporto experience and the last.

Chips were okay, hardly any Mayo on wrap when asked specifically for extra, (heavy Mayo), drink wasn't given to me at all and x2 chocolate mousses were watery and curdled.inedible and both thrown into the bin.
Called to have issues resolved and to also inform them of their off/ out of date products, i even offered to bring them back in, i was told I was wrong about and that is how they are supposed to be.
Then i was expected to drive back to the store to have only the wrap corrected once I returned the one I had already been given back to them.
Issue not resolved.

Will not return to this venue and will recommend to family and friends to also avoid.

Worst ever sites to order anything online for pickups. They will want to deliver or they want the order at counter only.
Called them to ask if they can take my order and i will pickup. Workers don’t know how to deal with it and they just hung up on me. Good move.
There’s the appreciation for that.

Food is pretty good here, better than other takeaway places. There is always a long wait time due to cooking the food fresh I think. Still happy with the food consistency.
