Uber eats no problem with delivery. Chicken strip's burnt and no caramel sauce with churros and gee they are that chewy.not worth the money I spent.waited 45mins. Longer then a pub meal

Best Oporto around, they always season the chips well and just make the burgers that much nicer than the others around somehow.

Love Oporto's & this OTR.it has a great layout and heaps to load up on and go.great people too

Ordered two meals via menulog. They forgot both chips. Called up to tell them they forgot the chips and they said they would send a voucher so it can be redelivered. Then when I received the voucher in my email it said I had to spend over $15 to be able to use it. So I would’ve had to pay an extra $5 on more food, plus delivery fee ($6) which they said they would cover and didn’t. Which is the value of FOUR chips.

What you see here is $28.00 paid for on the 06/09/2020 for absolute garbage. This is apparently a double Otropo meal with sides.the buger bun was crunchy, missing pineapple, was unable to see any cheese and the size of the chicken fillets were extremely small. It seemed to be missing a heck of alot of fries and the chicken strips were burnt. Follow up customer care from the manager was a complete shock as he was unable to understand my complaint. This Oporto location is an absolute joke, I'd avoid this site at all costs.

Always love the oportos here. Every meal I have is freshly made! Sometimes I have to wait awhile for my meal, but staff are usually accommodating:)

Waited 20 minutes and was only third in line. Very frustrating. And my coffee was cold. I WON'T BE BACK.

Sat in the drive through for minutes with a line of cars behind me and no one took my order, useless

It took 10 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me and another 5 minutes to take my order. I never once got an apology for how long everything took. Poor customer service.
Food wasn't too bad

Food was ok but the guys attitude was a bit depressing. Im guessing his boyfriend really needs to preform better in the bedroom to put a smile on his face.

Lots of fast food options & coffee. Good range of cold drinks, ice creams and groceries. Counter service is always quick and friendly.

The service is fading and so is the quality qnd quanity the last few times my chips have been cold, they have forgotten to give the sauce and on one occassion i even had to pay extra for it and still didnt get any and tonight i was missing some of my bondi bites and the ones i got were that small about 2-3cm round and over cooked its disappointing as i use to love their food and we ate there quite often

There's parking at the servo, a couple of disability parks right by the door, clean restrooms, clean store. Delicious freshly made foods.

This seems like quite a popular place as it's in an ideal location. The restrooms are always reasonably neat and clean.

So Slow. I was wondering if you were still chasing the Chickens around out back that were destined for my meal.

That said, it was a very fresh, tasty and hot burger.chips were a bit soggy for my likings but I've had them at this location before and they were a winner. Better luck next time.for you Oporto Hillbank!

Took 10mins to serve us (we were the only ones there) one girl was running around doing everything. Two guys standing out the back doing nothing. Took another 15mins to get or order! Big thumbs down from us

Waited over 10 minutes at the drive in window. No ackowledgement of the wait time, when asked they had no idea of their poor service. Second time there and the last. First time was just as bad but thought it may have changed.

Only giving 3 stars because i couldn't use my oporto flame rewards there, since the store is a part of "On The Run" not an official Oporto store

Ordered a chicken and egg burger meal with light salt on the chips. Received the wrong burger and under cooked chips, so salty I couldn't eat them. Server failed to ask if my order was dine in or take away. Under staffed store never fails to disappoint.

Very decent and friendly staff and the food is so delicious and unique, I highly recommend this restaurant:)
