Oporto - Hillbank Drive Thru (OTR)

Worst customer service tonight.
Staff were rude, refused request for extra topping despite willingness to pay, missing topping on one meal, food was below average quality, cold and contained hair. Beyond disappointed.

Price increase of 37.5% on my daily order.
They do not care about the customer at all. I no longer visit this store ever again.

Seems to me Pre made food, chicken meat quality is very poor, very dry meat, u can easily guess these chickens are cooked long time ago… no taste at all….

Chicken was dry too much lettuce that tasted off and the sauce was plain. Servers looked and acted like they didn't care no smiles nothing pretty poor.

Iy don't no why I wonted this stuff but whot a waist ov hard earned cash never again sorry

Great food, great service, on occasions when they have 'mix up/ forgotten" somehting in the order they have always been respectful and amended the issue.

The vacuum cleaners & car air freshener scents all need far better maintenance. From vacuums either not working at all, thru to being blocked or full & a vacuum at home being more efficient, it’s a waste of time and money bothering to use them at all…

Got take away waiting over 15mins at the drive thru at the window the person behind me left. I told the staff the service needs to be fixed he did not careless.when we got home the chips was under cooked and order was wrong.wont be back very poor

Food is always good just don't recommend trying to navigate the drive thru with a boat of any sort as there is no canal

Non standard burger is always correct. Sometimes they forget the balsamic for the chicken salad though. I'd do 4.5 stars if I could.

Okay but not my thing small outlet but hay neat clean nice server and constant cleaning so that's good drive threw too

Only one diesel bowser & it's not obvious or pointed out, drove around all bowsers looking for it

Drive through service is supposed to be efficient this was not.
Ordered my coffee then waited 16min while the night server was chatting away to the only walk in customer there the whole time instead of serving mine and another car behind me.

Good food, really tasty chips. It's just so slow here. Don't go through the drive through unless you have at least 20 minutes. Doesn't matter what time of day.

Took way to lounge and the computer was playing up so there did not know wot the right order was. And had to wait in line the OTR to long hag one stuff on and and had 6 people waiting

If you close at a certain time you should really get rid of the 24hour drive though sign. Because it is false advertising in my eyes

Don't go there if you're hungry, if you go there for lunch it will be dinner by the time you get your meal

Chips were undercooked and barely any seasoning, the chicken on our burgers were burnt, only good thing was the mousse and chicken bites.

They provide quality food but expect to wait upwards of 10 minutes for an order in drive through

Waited 25mins in drive through for two cars to order. Got to window to collect food and had to wait another 6mins. Unbelievable.
